Food was decent and the view is lovely from the Bow Valley Grill. If you go there for breakfast but don't want the full buffet, consider the cheaper continental buffet (doesn't include any hot food0, or just order a la carte.

We had a group of 8 eat here in the Fairmont's large dining hall. Service was a bit slow, but once the golden mojitos and wine came, all was forgotten. The food was very good and he service team did a nice job. There was enough room for a nice desert so the evening was complete .

I have come here for brunch for the last 10 yr. The chefs here are outstanding! Each year it gets better and better and every dish is delicious. This buffet is not your average buffet. It's gourmet food at it's best. No deep fried foods. Only a couple dishes are cooked with cream. Otherwise all dishes are very healthy and... More

If you stay at the Banff Springs, you have to eat at the Bow Valley Grill. Apart from the stellar views, the food is amazing and the service super. Breakfast has an amazing buffet that is pricy, but worth it. The dinner menu is fantastic and a perfect way to experience the hotel.

Beautiful setting with stunning view. Everything you would expect from a high end restaurant. Good service and perfectly cooked and plated meal. We had the prime rib dinner. Just no complaints

We have gone to the Bow Valley Grill in the past for Sunday Brunches and the food selection and quality is normally spectacular however for the mothers day brunch in 2015 it was held in a ballroom and the selection of food wasn't up to par compared to their normal selection. It looks like they try to serve too many... More

It's a huge room with some parts looking cafeteria-like but we had good seating along the window and the food was very good.

It was a bit too cool to eat at the Look Out (our favourite place to eat) so we had dinner at the Bow Valley Grill. Beautiful atmosphere and view. The potato soup starter was absolutely delicious. And the gluten free bread is a reason to go back all on it's own. It was a rare treat to be able... More
