The maple spice latte was fabulous! Wish we had them here in Texas! I wouldn't say they were extremely friendly, but not a deal breaker.

Needed a coffee and a bite to eat, the coffee was fine enough but i wasnt in the mood for desert, we needed savoury and unfortunately the paninis were all pre-made and wrapped in cling film. Too bad if you don't like mustard on your (not well ) toasted ham and cheese sandwich.

Evelyn's does good coffee, and if you are in Banff I would recommend that you tried something that was local to Banff rather than the usual Starbucks or Second Cup. I wasn't too impressed with their lattes though (specifically, the Nutella latte). The cappuccino and coffee was good.

We ducked into this delightful little coffee shop to escape a sudden snow storm. I had a latte, which was made with a lovely, leaf pattern on the foam and was delicious. It reminded me of Italy, it was that good!! We didn't sample any of the food, but the portions certainly looked ample.

Two locations on Banff Ave., one on Bear St., plus our hotel had Evelyn's coffee in the rooms. They have an empire! Nice people, huge pastries. Really good coffee, nice change from commercial coffee like Timmys or Starbucks, service was prompt.

There are a couple of these in Banff, the one we went to was very friendly with quick service and a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Most noticeable of all were the enormous cookies, which were more like squashed muffins the size of softball, but delicious, and very easy to share!
