Had a fabulous meal, with the chocolate fondue for desert. Service was fantastic, and quick. Would definitely recommend.

Of all the restaurants we tried in Banff, this one stuck out because of poor food and poor service. Also very dated. If you 're looking for a good meal, try Chilis at the Fox, or The Keg at the Caribou.

We had the cheese fondue appetizer and the beef & shrimp fondue. The food itself was okay. It tasted fine but it's not something I'd go back for next time I'm in Banff. The service we had was terrible! We were left in a corner and ignored for most of our meal. We were at the point where we were... More

We had dinner at Ticino after a fun day skiing, and really liked it. Our waiter, Juan (from Peru, but of course very professionally knowledgeable about Swiss/Italian food!) guided us through the menu, and steered us to a little of this, a little of that. We had an appetizer portion of Raclette, followed by the standard Beef Fondue, and both... More

We ate here a few years ago, after a busy day hiking we opted for a restaurant close to the hotel. While the food was only ok, the service was ok. I really expected more. A large restaurant with a small handful of tables seated, maybe this should have raised a flag or two. Perhaps updates to the decor are... More

You know when you arrive at a large restaurant and there is only one other table occupied, you may not have made the best choice. The waiter was very nice but the food certainly did not remind us of our time in Ticino. It wasn't bad, more just ordinary.

Went for an early Valentine's dinner and loved every moment. Had a delicious fondue to start followed by the veal in a cheese batter. Was too full to have desert! Great service, definitely going back again soon!

Are you kidding! We just had an 60.00 appetizer for 2! The "fondon't was tastless, bland and lacked imagination! Who eats fondue with rice?? Once finished eating we headed to Chilli's to finish our meal since we were still hungry.... Don't order the "fondon't" if you are looking to eat a whole meal! p.s. If you want fondue make sure... Was in Banff for the weekend and decided to try something different then our usual haunts. So we were there when the doors opened. It was Superbowl Sunday so the restaurant was empty for most of our meal, although the staff seemed more interested in the game then service which was slow. The mushroom soup was bland as was the...
