good food, good service, good prices

It's a little off the main strip, a few blocks from Banff Ave. The décor is cosy. The menu has the usual as well as lighter fare. However even the common standby's are different, with a twist ... and well prepared. Portions are just right. Prices are comparatively moderate

My mom and I ate here on a recent trip to Banff. We stopped in for an early dinner on a weekday and the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server was fabulous, I don't recall his name and wish I did so I could list it here. But he was very attentive and accommodating for the "extras" we requested (steak... More

We usually have breakfast/brunch on a weekend; food is up to par for breakfast. This past Monday however the service was poor. Slow and rude, if this was a first visit, it would make it our last, there are many choices in Banff, this will not be our first choice next time.

Came here for breakfast on a Wed am, by myself, the place wasn't busy, but the service was was poor. It took a while for me to be served and i had to constantly ask for coffee refills. One should not have to do that. The food came fairly quickly and was your average bacon and eggs and toast, for... More

When we stumbled upon this place. The name kind of held us back. But when we walked into the building my opinion changed. It's a nice looking place that feels cozy. The service was great and the steak was even greater. I highly recommend this place to everyone. From breakfast to dinner. It has it all.

We've been to Melissa's a few times now for breakfast and have yet to be disappointed. Don't be scared off by the long line at the door, this is a large restaurant and the line tends to move quickly. We were at the back of the line (at the door) and were seated within 15 minutes. Coffee was provided, orders... More

The food is simple and delicious. My steak was cooked to perfection. Service was great. Have been coming here for years and will continue to go back.

The title says it all and, if you are a late riser, they have breakfast all day. The food was prepared nicely. The service and atmosphere were friendly and pleasant. The seating was comfortable and there were plenty of tables that weren't crowded together. A new favorite for us.

During our 3 week stay we went to Melissa's quite a lot as it was across the road from our hotel. One evening the whole party of us 8 adults & a toddler went for dinner, the table had been booked for 8 adults & a toddler, however the table was only set for 8. We asked for a high... More
