The spaghetti and meat balls were horrible. Meat balls very not freshly made, tough and dry. Tuscany rib eye was edible but of very poor quality. Very thin steak with gristle and ligaments.

Since I love my carbs wanted to finally try The Meatball Pizza and Pasta at the Ptarmigan Inn in Banff. Unfortunately. only the lounge was open for lunch and we had other plans for dinner.. The restaurant only opens for supper. The bartender-server was very nice to all the customers - great guy - he even suggested the fish and... More

Pizza looked great when served but was way over-cooked and the crust was so tough we couldn't cut or chew it. Terrible pizza for a pizza place.....big disappointment!

Tried the meatball appy...4 teensy tiny meatballs definitely not worth the ten bucks charged. Then came the worst pizza we have ever tried (and we are pizza lovers). The crust was as tough as shoe leather, the toppings were meh, it tasted like it was 3 days old and reheated. The waitress constantly said she was sorry over and over... More

Picked this place totally by chance. We were starving and looking for a thin crust veggie pizza. This had a thin crust and fresh veggies with feta cheese. Yummy.

We shared a platter of lamb, pork and chicken with roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes and parmesan mash and several dipping sauces. It was awesome!!! our plates were scraped clean. There was more than enough for 2 but we ate it all anyway, it was so good. service was good. Couldn't fault it in anyway

Made the mistake of picking this place due to location. We were hungry for pizza and pasta so perfect right? WRONG! The waiter was the ONLY good thing about this place. I have never had such dried out, terrible pizza. The crust was impossible to chew and tasteless. My daughter's pasta dish included grapes...really? The chicken Parmesan was slightly burned.... More

The meatball offers gluten free options including gluten free pasta and for someone who has a wheat allergy, I thought I was in heaven. The staff are lovely and after a mix up with my order they came out with my pasta. It was hard as rock and crunchy and yet the chef insisted that it was aldente. I suggested... More

My experience at this restaurant was good. The food was very good, the prices were good, the service was great. I have no complaints. I do recommend it. It was surprisingly empty given how good our experience was. We tried to get into two restaurants before this one and they were booked solid with waiting list. We had chosen this... More
