Fresh Chocolates

Super fresh locally made chocolates as a very fair price. It my seem expensive but the flavours and options are very fine. It is not in the fashion of a fancy Belgium Chocolaterie but a Rockie Mountain version. I like to treat myself once or twice when I visit Banff

Seriously, bear claws. I haven't had them for ages and forgotten how amazing they are (order two, one is never enough). A variety of lovely gourmet chocolates as well as a good range of fudge and other delectables. Expensive, but worth it.

difficult to walk past this place without going in to buy a Bear Paw.... nuts and toffee covered in chocolate, made in the shop. Staff can be friendly and sarcastic, all part of the appeal. The rocky road fudge was poor compared to the bear paws.

The Carmel Corn was very good as were the Candy Apples. We also enjoyed icecream and a variety of chocolates. We went back several times during our stay to satisfy our sweet tooth.

Once or twice a year we take a family vacation to Banff. We would stop and buy fudge from a couple other competitors. On this last trip we decide to try fudge from Mountain Chocolates. I'm so glad we did. It was excellent, creamy and even better than the others we have had. I wish we discovered this place first!

My family & I were walking in downtown Banff and thought that we were in for a treat. Well that was not what we received, all the candy and chocolate was way overpriced and the service was terrible. I do believe that they let 5 people in front of me before they finally served me. I did not see anything... More

It's been 4 years since we've been in Banff but whenever we're there we do have to stop at Mountain Chocolates to pick up a few treats. In the past we've tried the candied apples and assorted chocolates which are nice but this time around we decided to buy fudge and wow, it's fantastic! My husband got Maple Walnut and... More
