extremely overpriced for what you get. would recommend you eat elsewhere. think it survives by being trendy, but I would never go there again

We decided to split a sandwich. To our suprise they served us each, instead of us having to do our own splitting. Very nice touch. The sandwich was very good.

Paid $40+ for three sandwiches. There was about 5 staff members on and only 6 tables in restaurant with patrons. I ordered my food to go, was quoted 10-15min or sooner. Waited 45min! Food was good and sandwich portion huge. Comes with a small portion of chips.

We first tried to access the restaurant on a Tuesday and the sign said "closed until 12 pm." We returned at 12:45 pm only to find that the restaurant owners decided not to open for the entire day, so the sign was misleading. We returned on a Thursday and when we went downstairs to order, the staff told us that... More

Tried the gluten free sandwich and the bun tasted like it had been in the freezer forever. Ended up just eating the contents and tossing the crumbling stale bun in the bin. Have had sandwiches from here before that were good but if you can't have gluten you should go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Our tour bus driver recommended this cafe to us when we arrived in Banff about 12.30 and he was right on the money! We shared a lovely bowl of homemade soup and a Tuna sandwich, they were both delicious and there was plenty to keep us going till dinner time. We have no hesitation in recommending this cafe for a snack/meal.Don't... More

Had the Reuben. No complaints about the sandwich, but it way overpriced. The Montreal steak sandwich is about the same price, but much smaller. Get the Reuben if you get anything at all.

The Reuben is a beast of a sandwich - absolutely delicious! Sandwiches are freshly made there and then, little bit on the pricey side but the size and taste make up for it
