Lovely bar with great atmosphere and great views from the balcony. A fine selection if beers, unfortunately they had run out of the new Zealand sauvignon blanc for the full 5 nights we were in Banff. Ate here one night - amazing nachos. Crispy, full off flavour and enough in one portion for the 4 of us. Definitely need to... More

We called in once for beer and loved the place the beer selection is excellent and if you can get a seat at the outside bar overlooking the street it doesn't get much better. We returned the following night after a long 12 hours of hiking etc and was lucky enough to get a seat outside so ate and drank.... More

Just stopped in for a pint. Ended up buying 4 bottles of IPA to take home! Great beer, very good prices, friendly service (server brought me 3 samplers for free, just to try)!

I sat along the rail outside and enjoyed my beer tasting flight while viewing the action on Banff Avenue. My server (Renee) was super-friendly and helped me avoid any chance of running out of beer. The stand out beers for me were the brown ale and the cream ale; I could drink mass quantities of the latter. Overall, I recommend... More

I went twice with friends who drink more than I do, and was told the beer selection was superb. The service was also very friendly and helpful when choosing drinks. They have a special on Mondays that even made the beers reasonably priced, although everything else was as expensive as anywhere else in Banff.

Free pool table, fresh brews, good pub food, and a wonderful staff. It is certainly a must for beer lovers. If you can manage it, get a seat overlooking Banff ave on their porch!

The Banff Ave brewing company is located on the second floor of the clocktower mall. They brew all of their own beer and I must say they are very good at it. I didn't sample the food while I was there but what I saw looked inviting and appetizing. The service was great, and you can look out over Banff... More

Great ace to grab some tasty pub food and locally made beer after a day of hiking. They even have a pool table in the back you can play for free!
