As a traveling Aussies we were craving a decent coffee and some healthy food. Welcome Wild Flour! Beautiful granola, salads, sourdough toast, great staff. We ate breakfast there everyday. One street back off the main drag.

Love their cakes. Not too sweet and good to partner with their coffees. Order the hazelnut coffee cheesecake and you wont regret it.

Sick of factory-produced breads, sandwiches, soups & sweets, percolated coffee or "fancy" coffees made from powder, sweetened with artificial sweeteners, then head to 211 Bear Street/Banff and the "Wild Flour".This unpretentious Cafe' is not the kind of place where people mostly go to be seen.Instead the customers, that frequent the "Wild Flour",go there for the freshly prepared food, incl. salads and unusual home-made soups,in-house baked Artisan breads,the... Lovely atmosphere. Great coffee, baking, soup, and amazing bread to go. The Wild Flour is always our first and last stop when we visit Banff.

Ate here twice while attending a conference in May, once for lunch, once for breakfast. Our lunch was a soup and sandwhich which was delicious and our breakfast was the most delicious granola I've ever had. It was called living granola and it was definitely alive! I've thought about it many times and wish I could return just to have... More

I picked up the daily meat sandwich for lunch today but must say that I'm not happy at all with my choice. The calabrese salami was sliced way too thick and still had the plastic on the outside, which I almost swallowed. Not only is it gross but also dangerous. For $9.50 I expect a little more. I also picked... More

We dropped into Wild Flour by chance after wandering up and down Banff Avenue looking for a decent coffee. As soon as we saw the selection of food on offer we knew we had chosen well. Had a lovely cake and coffee and enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast the following day and for lunch the day... More

Love the Bakery, breads and teas. There is always a vegan option to even the desserts. There is so much more to Banff than just Banff Avenue.

I always visited the Wild Flour the first thing in the morning. Their Americano, double espresso shot with hot water, satisfied my caffeine need. The early morning (7:00 AM) pastry selection was limited, but whatever was there was excellent, especially the banana bread. More important was the general pleasant atmosphere of the place, mixing visitors with locals.
