Traveling from Vancouver, we were missing our ramen. We were so excited by the rave reviews about this tiny place in Banff, we had to try it. We came out with such a disappointing experience, even our eight year old foodie couldn't give it a thumbs up. The first evening, we were hoping to stop in for an evening snack.... More

Small restaurant. Just serves noodle and rice dishes. reasonable priced. Need to order up by front and the staff will deliver to your table. Busy during summer. About 6-7 small tables. Hard to get a large group inside. Can drop by and if busy, they will take your name and give you an approximate time to come back.

I was very disappointed with the food that we ordered. The food were not great. Sushi was not available. Very small restaurant and not enough tables. Customers who want to eat there were asked to come back later.

It's my first time there and I ordered a Raman dish. The bowl came out big, and I only had 4 chopstick full of noodle and that's it. I looked at other people's order, their portion seems all bigger than mine. At least I can see their noodle above the soup. Not sure what happened to my order, if their... More

Dining in Banff is very expensive, so this place is a great find. It is a very tiny place next to the McDonalds. This is a Japanese restaurant, not Chinese as stated by a previous reviewer. This is not a fancy restaurant but basically a noodle shop. But a good one. There were a number of Japanese clientele. We had... More

Very tasty udon soup. Very spicy. Small place where you just can step in to grab something quick. Very reasonable prices. Worth to visit if you like Chinese kitchen.

A small little noodle shop close to McDonalds. Very tasty soups and rice bowls. Definitely worth a visit and the place fills up very quickly. Highlights are the soups. Very limited selection of sushi rolls.

Tan tan ramen to die for. Very good quality though prices are very low. Dinner for a family of 4 in C$60. Not so impressed with their beef curry. Better for eat in than carry out, didn't pack it very well. Sow up early though, gets full by 7 pm.

We were recommended by a Japanese couple to this place. The price is okay and it is more like a mall kind of take out place. In addition, when we got there (around 7pm), there was no beef dishes/noodle. If you plan to go there, you may want to get there early to secure the kind of food you like.

As I love Japanese food and noodle, I had Shouyu ramen with bbq pork :) Even though we had to wait for over 30mins, we all were satisfied with taste of Ramen and Donburi as well! Hope they have more tables to welcome more customers.
