This great little gem in Banff has an option for everyone each one as delicious as the next. I was the only one in our group who actually has allergies and they were calmly dealt with and a huge hoopla wasnt made as it sometimes feels like in other restaurants. The staff were awesome and Nourish totally lived up to... More

We went to have dinner in this small but cozy restaurant in Banff and were surprised by the excellent food and friendly staff. We did not know about this place after 6 years coming to banff and was a great discovery More

Amazing burritos, nachos, falafel, curries... How the cook mixes fruit with about every dish is just stunning ! Simply choose any main course from the big selection on the menu and share with your friends ! More

Second floor locations are usually deadly to a restaurant's prospects, but in busy Banff, second floor is affordable. While this place is a little hard to find, reservations were a must during the Holidays. Out of a tiny kitchen comes some true vegetarian delights served in a tapas style for sharing, if that is desired. The restaurant also cheerfully accommodated... More

The food is fantastic. While visiting in Banff my wife and I would eat dinner here every day. The decor is a bit eclectic, then again you're not paying to look at the walls and furniture. You have to at least try a meal. More

My family and I went to Nourish when we were in Banff, and it was amazing! Following the recommendations of others, we made a reservation. Which was a very good thing since there was eight of us and Nourish is very small. My sister and her family are vegetarian, so Nourish was a perfect fit. We were able to order... More

You don't need to be a designated vegetarian to enjoy the outstanding dishes at this little dining spot. Don't be put off by the rather non-descript, second floor location in a downtown mall --the food is masterful. You may wait a bit, while the solo chef assembles some of the most original and delicious combinations of ingredients you will ever... More
