We had a wonderful dinner here after hiking to the Stanley Glacier. The staff was friendly and the food was expertly prepared. You can't beat the lodge ambiance. More authentic than most! Reservations are strongly recommended although there were few people in the restaurant the night we dined. Be sure to check out the gift shop too!

Pull off of highway 1 and grab lunch or dinner here- you won't be disappointed! They just know how to make food- I tried the brie, chicken and cherry pot pie- each bite was an amazing journey of food. I highly recommend stopping by here and enjoying your time.

My wife, mother and I headed to Storm Mountain Lodge tonight for dinner. Right from when we walked in, we were impressed. Our table was ready, the host was friendly and showed us right in, and the view was fabulous (both of the mountains and of the hummingbirds right outside the window). We ordered oysters (the day's special), chicken/brie/cranberry pot... More

What a charming, not to miss experience. The lodge is quaint and rustic. There are bison and elk heads hanging on the walls and a cute country store inside. You feel like you have been taken back in time. The bison burgers and chicken pot pie for lunch were fabulous. The lodge is also open for dinner as well and... More

Storm Mountain Lodge offers quaint cabins in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The main lodge is warm and inviting, with a superb dining room.

We stopped at the Storm Mountain Lodge for lunch on our way through to Invermere. It was really nice - the food was good and the location was very nice - a beautiful old lodge with lots of flowers and fresh air. It is the only place to stop for a meal between Banff and Radium and we are glad... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Storm Mountain Lodge last week, unfortunately only for one night. Had we known how spectacular the setting and dining would be, we would have gladly stayed more nights. As Chicagoans, we are accustomed to fine dining in the city. The menu and food were comparable to anything we have experienced... More

Fabulous dinner followed by a relaxing night cap and dessert by the big stone fireplace. Our waitress Mikaela, made our evening flawless and special. One of my all time favourite restaurants!

Visited in December 2014. Faultless setting and the ambience was pretty much spot on. If memory serves, we both had the Bison tenderloin steaks. They were lovely but I would say the meal was JUST on the right side of warm. We paid $48 apiece for those, which - when compared to what we were getting around the area from... More

We stayed here for 3 fabulous nights, wonderful authentic canadian cabin. The food was truly amazing, we shared the charcuterie board,to start, the selection of local meats and cheese was delicious. I had the rack of lamb and I have to say this was one of the best meals I have ever tasted, my husband had the halibut , the flavours... More
