BillyBau brings a breath of freshness to the traditional cuisine of Piedmont and offers some more gastronomic 'opportunities'.Together with 'classics' such as ‘Fritto Misto’, you can find delicious and delicate dishes such as ‘tagliatelle’ with Gorgonzola cheese and cinnamon or les 'Oeufs à la neige' with cassis. The meat cooked on soapstone and a selection of Valsesia’s cheese paired with local honey complete the range of BillyBau’s gastronomic innovations.

Very friendly

They were kind enough to open the restaurant just for us four, while every other restaurant was closed. The kitchen was not open but they managed to produce a wonderful fresh pasta dish. We and our kids loved it. Very nice people indeed. We got some home made cookies when we left.

Family restaurant with excellent cooking and service, extreme availability to adapt the dishes to every request (we had a vegetarian in our party and ended very satisfied despite a mainly "carnivore" menu), the host explains every dish with passionate competence in a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful view over the pianura padana and, on bright days, the Alps. Been there... More

My girlfriend and I were staying in Piedmont, Canonica di Corteranzo in Murisengo. This was wonderful indeed, but we wanted to eat out after many nights dining in. Through TA, BillyBau came well recommended. It was 'only' a 30-minute slopy ride, but well worth it! BillyBau is in Rocca delle Donne, a tiny village on the edge of the Po... More

On our recent trip to Piedmont we visited BillyBau twice, as having been there once was just not enough!! Small family run restaurant very tucked out of the way, but very worth the find!!!!! Both nights we had beautifully cooked food prepared by Marta, who has a flair for producing excellent cuisine. We also had the pleasure of meeting Gabriele,... More

We got the tip from the local librarian, who helped us a lot during our stay i Camino. We would never have found it without help. It was worth driving the small roads to eat there. It can be recommended

My wife and I are staying at the lovely Ca' San Sebastian and after a rainy day of touring by car stumbled upon BillyBau Bar and Restaurant. When we arrived it was well after 2pm and they closed at 1:30 Gabriele was vacuuming and cleaning the place after their lunch business. He invited us in, offered us a glass of... More

We were only at BillyBau for a little aperitivo .... but I must say we've enjoyed it tremendously! The prosecco was great, but the plates of local meats and cheeses were a real treat. A friendly and knowledgable owner serving up great local Piemontese food. Recommend!

It wasn't the first time I went to Italy and everytime I was trying a lot of delicious traditional dishes but this experience was definitely the best. Occasionally we bought a Groupon coupon just thinking to have fun spending not a lot. But our dinner turned into a wonderful and romantic evening. We've tried different hams, cheeses with honey, amazing... More

It was a great experience, typical Piedmont food, friendly owner, nice atmosphere, and a good walk to the place and back... Especially we liked the owner reccomendations and the hot stone dish which is a real treat.
