Gorgeous view and great food.

This is a beautiful place to dine. It's one of the restaurants at The Hotel Palmas de Cortez. The service was a little slow but it didn't matter. The sun was shining, the sand was so white and the water so blue.. I could have sat there all day. Food was great. fresh guac was amazing.

I have had numerous dinners here and it's always excellent. The tortilla soup, the salads, the Dorado, are all amazing. The service is the best.

A nice spot to dine and enjoy the view. Not many Mexican dishes on the menu. We had tacos, which were reasonably priced compared to the rest of the menu. They were okay but not nearly at the level of the competition around town. Service was average. If you order drinks and have larger groups the service level goes up,... More

In a sea of tables ours was one of only three occupied. Service staff were very evident and it was hard to tell why we all waited so long to be asked what we wanted and then to have it served. In Mexico I eat what they do best but the chili relllenos was frankly awful. My 10% tip undeserved... More

The food and service were outstanding. The view is pretty incredible too. No complaints whatsoever. We didn't see guacamole on the menu but ordered anyway and could see them making it fresh and by hand in the kitchen. It was fantastic.

This is probably the best all round restaurant in town . It is at the far end of the Las Palmas hotel and is a great place to be . Huge patio with Teak tables with amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and the white sand beach. If it is cooler you can eat inside with a more upscale... More

We were staying in the condos just beside the restaurant and the daily vegetable soup was so delicious. The seafood pasta was also very tasty as well as the chicken Parmesan. Yet the catch of the day which was dorado was so very dry even thought it came with a cilantro sauce on it. the sauce was flavourful but the... More

Our large group had a choice of lunch entrees and nearly everyone chose the chle relleno. When they came we spent some time wondering where they had gotten the gargantuan chiles from. They were the size of kiddie footballs, and easily held a half a pound to 12 oz.of cheese. They were barely warm but...of course we all ate ALL... More

Fine dining with the Mexican flair. Reasonable prices, good service. Great coconut shrimp. They will cook (or make sashimi or ceviche) with the fish you catch with advance notice They also have American style dishes, but I would recommend sticking with the Mexican menu. Nice atmosphere, but since it has both indoor and outdoor seating, it could be uncomfortable outdoors... More

This place was really nice and had everything you would expect from a more expensive dinner in Mexico (~$100). Great views of the ocean and they even had a some live music. Try the bacon wrapped shrimp, you wont regret it!
