Titi's is in a nearby town in Nayarit but easy to get to by cab. Food was wonderful and atmosphere was Mexican rustic. Loved it!!

The waitress was rude and not attentive to our table. I was told there was no filet and then the waitress came back with a plate of what I had ordered after I had told her I didn't want anything anymore. I do have to admit the food wasn't bad, but everything else was. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We went for a late dinner after reviewing recommendations on Tripa dvisor. First, it is in a local village very close to Mayan Palace in Nuevo Vallarta. You need a taxi to go in and arrange for a pick up time. The setting is very authentic Mexican, no A/c, and Juke box blaring. late evening Mosquitos. The service was ok... More

We tried four different plates. All were very tasty. Filleted fish in garlic butter - very tender and juicy. Very generous portion of peel-it-yourself shrimp - cooked just right. Breaded fish "empanada" - 10-12 silver-dollar-sized pieces, lightly battered - cooked to perfection. Carne asada - very juicy fajita style beef with a few crispy, bean tacos and a generous portion... I had the best mexican meal of my life here. It is authentic, the food is fresh and the service is great. While we were having some great shrimp and group of mariachis played our favourite songs, you can pay them and choose any song to enjoy while you have your meal. We had camarones a la diabla and raw... More

A group of 8 of us visited Titi's last night. Some had been there before, some hadn't. 3 people had the pulpo (octopus) in the ajillo sauce. They all said it was tender and very tasty. I had the fish fillet cooked in butter, it was huge and very good. It was 130 pesos. Several people had shrimp, garlic, cooked... More

If you truly want to experience an authentic Mexican restaurant, this is one to try. It is not for the faint of heart. It is on a little dirt road in a tiny village. I think there is only one person that can speak English. We had octopus diablo and shrimp diablo. Both were very good. The beer was cold.... More

Local place a little hard to find. Small menu but Mahi Mahi was pretty good. Very inexpensive. Mariachi band played all night. Charged us 150 pesos for 1 song then played rest of the night for large local crowd.

This is the second time we ate at Titi's in Jarretadares. The first time was in 2007 and we could hardly wait to bring our friends here. Titi's is strickly local dining in a tiny village literally hidden between Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. Titi's is hard to find down a forbidding dirt road and the outside appearance will turn... More

We were in Nuevo Vallarta in November and another resort guest suggested Titi's restaurant. He said "great food and very good price". After our visit we have to agree with his assessment. It was a delightful surprise. We found a cab who knew where Tit's was and drove the short distance ( apparently in a little town called Jarretaderas that... More
