We take pride in feeding both body and soul since the year 2000. Charming family ambiance with a splendid view of the marina, surrounded by art. Meeting point for artists, writers and thinkers. AAA rated 2 diamonds. Look us up in the Mexico Tour Book. Home cooked family recipes. Strictly fresh, natural ingredients, preferably organic, cooked in traditional, no-nonsense ways. We adhere to the "slow food" movement for proper cooking and enjoying. During high season (October through April), we serve breakfast , lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we serve breakfast and lunch only. In low season (May to July) dinner is not served. We close August and September.

We were travelling around mexico for three weeks and this was the best meal we had. The restaurant is situated on the edge overlooking the marina. Most seating is outside on the veranda or by the waters edge. The menu was was not extensive but all food was cooked to order. The food was excellent although we had to wait... More

Always a treat dining at Estudio. French toast to Cconut Shrimp. Watch the Dolphins perform at Vallarta Adventures from your chair. Our service was good, they are trying very hard to please. So relax your in Mexico. Live music Sunday.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go for breakfast in Nuevo Vallarta. However this year we have visited twice and been disappointed both times. The servers do not give good service. They need to check back after a meal is served and also they need to come by with coffee during the meal. Ordered two eggs... More

Coconut shrimp and steak fajitas are exceptional! The breakfast on Sundays continues to be a wonder, with some of the finest french toast known to mankind. Always worth the trip. Staff is excellent and pleasant, and the art work on-site is uplifting and well-done.

A lovely spot. Lovely food. We had French Toast, one of the omelets, and one of the tortilla wraps with eggs inside. Watch the cook making them in a skillet like crepes. The smoothies are excellent. I had the black moon(?) with berries. Ask to have a tour/viewing of the art that the owner creates and represents inside and outside... More

If they don't answer the phone, don't be dissuaded and if the cab driver doesn't evidence familiarity with the place - press on...this fabulous, friendly, lovely destination will be worth every strep you take to arrive! The sun glistens reflecting boats in their slips nestled at the quiet end of the marina where the mangroves meet the sea. Ethereal music... More

We discovered this family owned, outdoor, harbor side cafe/art gallery 3 years ago. The ambience is both romantic and welcoming. Owner Federico both paints and sculpts beautiful pieces, and represents other local artists. His charming personality plus exceptional fresh ingredients make dining an absolute pleasure. Fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, omelets and classic Mexican options make it our breakfast favorite. Dinner... More

I highly recommend this great restaurant. The staff is nice and friendly. The owner walked around to introduce himself to make sure the food was satisfactory. Good quality assurance.

We decided to give this place one more try after a very poorly handled and served breakfast a week earlier. We both had coconut shrimp, the Monday night special for as long as we can remember. They always serve an outstanding fresh mushroom soup before. The shrimp were a bit drier than I like but an excellent salad made more... More
