I was staying within walking distance of the Estudio Cafe and had the pleasure of eating there 3 times. First, for breakfast with a couple that had initially recommended the restaurant. Fabulous eggs, fresh juice, and tasty bread. I had dinner there twice. The dinners were also wonderful. There is a real sense of quality about the people and the... More

We have been here many times and expect food to be prepared slowly and very well. But that's not excuse to be ignored by servers. Frustrating!

This is always our favourite resturant when we come to Neuvo Vallarta. The breakfast, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice, is always wonderful. We went fishing and arranged the day before for them to cook our fish. It was a peak experience, the sauce with the fish was amazing and complimented the tuna we caught perfectly. This is not fast... We stopped here for lunch after spending 4 hours on the heavy seas watching whales and dolphins. They had drink specials of 2 for one Margaritas and beers for $1.50 beers. We ordered shrimps salad and shrimp tacos both were excellent. The staff was very nice service not the fastest BUT with the view we had we did not mind.

A recent stay in Marina Nuevo took me and my friends on a stroll of the malecon and we decided that the music sounded wonderful so why not stop for dinner. It was an excellent choice as we all enjoyed our selection very much. The sign stated "slow food" and we knew that meant that we should not feel rushed... More

Following a recommendation, we sought out Estudio Cafe for a late lunch. It was delightful. We were almost alone on the veranda, but the staff could not have been more accommodating (I think we were in that BETWEEN period where the staff preps for dinner, and feeds themselves. It's an interesting place, the kitchen while undercover, is exposed...but that means... More

We have been coming to Estudio Cafe for many years and always enjoy the experience. The setting is facing the Nuevo Vallarta Marina, so is a pleasant outlook. The breakfasts are beautifully presented and tasty...one of my favorites is the chilaquiles with chicken. Do expect the service to be slow....it is a small operation and note the "snail" image on... Very nice site for girls lunch. View is of the marina and beautiful. I really don't remember the food or prices. They were great with the group and gave us all separate checks for 12 people.
