Get the fried ice cream!

I'm a big sushi person. Although prefer the sushi from the US, this place does do things well. I'm not big into cream cheese on the rolls nor having thousand island dressing on the wrap. However, the fried ice cream in the hot weather really made the trip worth it. It's only $50 peso and it's a... read more

Good food but over priced for what you get. An average hotel restaurant. The wait staff was courteous and well meaning.

First clue should have been when we ordered gyoza (pot stickers) and got what looked and tasted like empanadas....we also ordered spicy tuna hand roll which was tuna caked in mayonnaise. The seaweed was soggy and I doubt the rice was seasoned at all (which is what sushi means!!! rice seasoned with vinegar/sugar mixture). Then we had the tempura shrimp... More

Had reservations for here on our first night in Nuevo Vallarta. It was pouring, it was a long day of travel. We were tired and hungry. The restaurant was 5 minutes from our resort, but the cab driver didn't know the place, and took us on a wild goose chase trying to find it. We actually stopped here and he... More

when you are with a group that decided to have sushi, and that yourself do not enjoy sushi too much, but you want to be with the group.i have found the perfect plate for myself which was a chicken fried rice preceded by a singapore sling,,finishing by an ice cream with chocolate ripples and everything was delicious.

I've been to this restaurant a handful of times. Every time I am lucky enough to be in Nuevo Vallarta, I have to come to this restaurant. Sometimes I come twice.. in the span of a week. For me, the reason this sushi restaurant is so much better comes down to three things. Fresh: In my opinion, fresh ingredients make... More

Good food, just they run out of supplies often, I would call them before you order, because alot of times there is either no teriyaki, or no sushi, :/ But, the food is excellent. Honestly, best Asian Food I have ever tasted. Service is good, and it is prepared fast too. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, affordable prices. I would go... More

We came here after arriving at the airport and this was the first place we ever tried in Mexico! At home, we eat a lot of sushi, so while we may not necessarily be experts, we have tried a lot of places. Saku did not disappoint. While it isn't the best sushi I've ever had, I would absolutely go here... More
