First off the fajitas were excellent. The best I have had in the PV area easily and everyone in our party of 8 agreed on that. Things that knocked it down a peg were that the service was just okay, not very friendly. Also the decoration/atmosphere is very cool but there is not any sort of view.

6 of us came here at 8:30 pm for dinner.......3 adults and 3 kids, including a 2 year old. Because it was late, we had no wait for a table and service was very prompt. The food here is consistently good. My husband and I have been coming here every year for 12 years. It is one of our choice... More

Went here with friends should have known from the name fajita republic. The food was good but nothing you could not get in the states. Service was ok a little slow. Overall not impressed give a choice I would go some where else.

Our family has been going to Fajita Republic every vacation for years, it has always been a "must" and some years we have eaten there 2 or 3 times in the weeks vacation. The atmosphere is lively but doesn't seem touristy and the food and drink have always been delicious. This year though it was noticeably different right from the... More

We went recently on our trip to Nuevo Vallarta. Great ambiance, especially at night. The fajitas were outstanding and our group thought the steak fajitas were the best (out of chicken, steak, shrimp). We would definitely return. It was a little bit pricey, but no more than any of the other heavy tourist restaurants (Pipis, Daquiri Dicks, etc). A quick... More

Our family has been to PV many times and we always enjoy heading to Fajita Republic. It's close to Paradise Village and the fajitas and margaritas are can't miss. I would typically rate FR as excellent but on this last visit I felt that they were beginning to price gouge on their kids meals. Their sodas were twice as expensive... More

If you want this style of food save yourself the effort and go to your local Chi Chi's. Why go to Vallarta and eat at a cookie cutter place like this? Most importantly this service was rude and the manager was very rude when we wanted a split check. How hard is that?

Best fajitas ever that is why we go back. Great atmosphere for kids but the sad thing is the manager seems to hate his job. My father asked if they had good lemonade and the guy rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders. I give people a second chance and three visits later still the same rushed annoyed attitude. The... If you like a big meal you will love it here. If you prefer smaller portions share an entree. The restaurant is situated on a river and in the evening with the lights is a very romantic setting.
