Nice Evening Ruined!

We have eaten at La Laguna several times in the past few trips to Puerto Vallarta. It is close to our resort and the food is generally very good. But all of my "warm and fuzzy" feelings about this restaurant came to an abrupt end when we were hit with offers to go up to Bucerias and be part of... read more

We dined here three times while at the Grand Luxxe. Two dinners and one lunch. Everyone raved about their meals. My favorite meal was the whole red snapper that I split with my husband. The shrimp special featured huge yet tasty shrimp. Prices were moderate and we had the flambeed bananas for dessert one night. It was worth the show.... More

Noise was so loud from kids screaming on the playground during dinner it was not enjoyable. Food was average . Service very poor as waiter was sullen. Too many people fpr few waiters to handle. Will not go back.

Ate here twice on our recent visit to Nuevo Vallarta, had great meals both times. The specials both nights included 5 large shrimp prepared in your choice of ways. The food was great. One night we finished our meal with their flambéed Bananas, it was terrific. I had no idea Bananas could taste like that. If you eat here spring... More

We were 4 couples. We had at least 5 different dishes and each one said theirs was excellent. I had one of the best prepared Mahi Mahi fillets ever, my wife had shrimp with bacon others had different shrimp dishes. Their wine selection is not large but sufficient. Prices for food are reasonable and service was very attentive without being... More

The food was great, but then the time share guy who said he pays 50,000 pesos to the restaurant to harass us. We will not return until they remove these guys. This changes a pleasant evening into a horrible experience.

My wife and I went to LaLaguna with some new friends from Paradise Village where we were staying. It was a short taxi ride to the restaurant. There are 3 Tino's. we have been to them all and they are all good. We had made a reservation but it turned out to be unnecessary but better safe than sorry. My... More

A lot of fun, good service, good food and priced right. We also went fishing one day and they prepared the fish for us that night. Was excellent. Would highly recommend!

This is a very casual restaurant with simple decor. The food sampled was delicious. We tried a shrimp salad in an avocado which they split for us in the kitchen. It was very good. We also shared the jumbo shrimp which can be prepared in a number of ways. We had coconut shrimp which were delicious. One in our party... More

We went here twice during our stay, been here many times. Great food, attentive staff, and don't miss the turtles and the crocodile that live in the lagoon by getting a table by the lagoon.
