The place is an easy and quick walk from the Mayan property. we just happen to pick, with no expectations. The service and the food was good and quick. We would definitely go back. The outdoor seating is in an odd area - right on the sidewalk, but it did not bother us.

Thought I was eating to an old favourite, Guido's and wondered why it didn't taste or seem the same. The cabbie explained on the way home. Guido sold his business recently in good faith. These folks kept his name and ripped him off by not finishing payment. I refuse to support crooks. The REAL Guido opened Il Corsaro (nicknamed, Guido's... More

We had the Veal Marsala and Caesar Salad. The menu said it came with red potatoes and mixed vegetables. The mixed vegetables were really good but there were only two chunks of red potatoes. That was disappointing. The lettuce was very crisp and fresh. The bread was definitely top five. We will go back again. For Breakfast this morning.

My husband and I had dinner here last night and both agree it's the best Italian food we've ever had in Mexico. I had and highly recommend the Veal Marsala. And the price is right - just $180 pesos.

Guido's is one of our staples everytime we stay at the Grand Luxxe. Conveniently located near the marina and only a 10 minute walk from the main gate of the Grand Mayan complex. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, but I recommend enjoying the outdoor tables. Rudy is our favorite waiter and has assisted us for years! When we sit... More

This was our second visit to Guido's and the food was very good however our waiter was less than friendly nor was he very attentive. The other staff seemed just the opposite, very friendly. Everyone has a bad day and we will return

Visited Guido's this visit for Pizza and Beer. Beer was great, pizza not so much. Not sure if there has been a change in chefs but we found the pizza to lack any flavor. We had two pizzas and really they just tasted like cooked pizza dough, couldn't taste the sauce or any of the toppings.
