First let me tell you why I went 4 instead of 5. The menu has an item on it that say only one weekends. After our midweek stop here we planned to go back on the weekend so I could order that item. When we got there they said they item was seasonal and they weren't currently carrying it. BOOOOO....... More

I love the kitschy decor. The service was great. I had the Mexican Farmer's Breakfast, very good. It's too bad they don't have more parking space.

Excellent menu selection, including Mexican, American and European breakfasts. The "Mexican Farmer's Breakfast" was great, with eggs, bacon, potatoes, chorizo and tomatoes. Prices are reasonable for the high quality. We bought a strudel and took it home, and it was excellent. We've been there twice, and plan to go again tomorrow morning.

On the way to the Malecón, on your left on the side of the hill is the Kaffee Haus. We waited in the center of the main street while another group pulled out so we could have a place to park. Glad we did! Nice German Themed atmosphere, full of people, with a wide variety menu and excellent food. Breakfast... More

This German-themed restaurant is a favorite of locals and US visitors alike. Its easy to find along the primary main boulevard leading into the Old Port in Puerto Penasco... but the parking is awful and even somewhat risky but there are no alternatives (like maybe the empty lot across the busy street) that I am aware of. Just arrive early... More

There are plenty of good things to say about this cosie little place, but by far the bast thing I experienced was the apple strudel. I'm not saying it was the best and most I authentic in the world (I haven't had real before this), but it was the best I'VE ever had. I didn't know what strudel was before... More

The Kaffee Haus lived up to their Trip Adviser rating! We had a late lunch, which was really breakfast, starting out with strudel followed by eggs and such.

In short, this place is great. The food, service, and atmosphere is the best Puerto Penasco has to offer for breakfast. We had 7 in our group and between us had it all from the menu over two days. You will not be disappointed. Our kids loved the enormous mugs of hot chocolate, I loved the homemade flour tortillas along... More

The food here was so good we came back twice! The restaurant is really cool, lots to take in. Service was good, portions were huge. Super busy on weekends for breakfast, and the parking can be difficult but overall awesome place!
