Subsequent visit not as good. Loud inappropriate music. Waiter gives the impression he'd rather be someplace else. Signature pork ribs were so-so as were the sauces. Screaming, unruly toddlers at next table were unbearable but we can't blame that on Las Costillas.

Service is slow, the live music is too loud and the waiters can't hear what you're ordering, they're so slow that the food gets cold or dries up before they serve it. This used to be a really nice place but management is nowhere to be seen.

One of the best places in town. Obviously you have to try the ribs “Costillas”, as the name suggests it is the houses’ specialty. Aguascalientes has two restaurants; both are great and are guaranteed. Service, food quality and price are fine.

When we visit Aguascalientes we come here for their Ribs snd we never go home disappointed. My family likes going to the main location on Universidad because the portions are more generous and its less crowded than the San Marcos Fair location.

Good Decoration and atmosphere, Clean with regular service and attention. Good Food, specialty is Rack of Grilled Ribs, Tortilla Aztec Soup is very good. Expensive, Far from Outstanding. You will not be dissapointed, Cost-Quality Ratio is Ok.

I am from Aguascalientes and we know this place is nice but a bit expensive. Don't go to the one at San Marcos, way overpriced, the food is not good and the service less than OK. Go to the one at north or south, you will have nice time, the food will be good and the atmosphere great to stay.

The Ribs are their speciality, US style but also Mexican flavours: Tamarindo, mustard, chipotle. Drinks are expensive and sides are extra. Service is good

Went for dinner on a Monday evening with a reservation for 7:30 made by our Centro hotel. Taxi ride required, meters in use at this time. Allow 20 minutes, about $40 Pesos. The restaurant has 3 locations. 2 in Aguascalientes and one in Zacatecas. The restaurant is nicely configured, good spacing between tables, uniformed waiters and nice table setting with... More

Tried this one during a short trip to Aguascalientes. I checked their specialty: ribs; and it really make it. They allow you to choose two different sauces. Check the chipotle one.
