Virginie works so hard to create wonderfully fresh and exciting dishes - passing by in the afternoon you can glimpse her prepping the freshly bought fish from the market for the evening. The menu is compact but varied and every dish we ate was surprising in its delivery of flavour and texture. Sometimes she gets caught up in the kitchen... More

A delightful meal with the charming waitress very eager to please. The dining tables are set out on the end of the car park - but that sounds much less pleasing than it actually was: it was a quiet location and there was a lovely view. A small menu but all the better for that - it was imaginative, delicious... More

Creative, out of the ordinary dishes with thoughtful inventive taste combinations that really work together, a lot of thought & preparation has gone into creating these distinctive menus to make this an eating experience which, for us anyway, stands out from many others. How often is one truly excited about what you are eating so that the meal, the tastes... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely be back. Chef Virginie Martinetti is a real character and her personality really shines through her menu. I don’t think she ever goes home - I walked past the restaurant several times and she was always there working, no matter what time it was. It was really refreshing to be in a... More

We had a great three meal course, and it was a fun experience to watch chef Virgine work in the open kitchen. Highly recommend!

This time we got a table with vieuw on the kicthen; We admired her organisation and the kidness how she threats her clients. Our friends were bluffed how she works and the quality of the food we got.She gives every client a personal attention. Our friends would go back the next day.

I'm afraid I must agree with "Leesville" from Dublin. The food was a bit unevenly spiced, meat cooked maybe a minute too long and some green beans a minute or two too little. Apparently the menu has changed little since last summer, judging from reviews here; still, they ran out of veal (one of only three mains on the menu)... More

We just managed to get the last table on a Friday night (even though we booked 2 days ahead) and had an exquisite 3 course meal, at an atmospheric table next to an open window. Great service and personal attention from Virginie made this a memorable evening for our final night in Bargemon.

My wife and I visited the restaurant late June just before we rented a holiday house in the village. We ordered the monkfish and cod curry and two glasses of wine. The ordinary wine came filling two small wine glasses half full for Euro 4.50 each. The main dish came in a small dish which contained the rice and curry.... More

We were recommended to eat here by the proprietress of the wine shop in the neighbouring village, who told us about Virginie's appearance on "Top Chef". We had an evening meal sitting outside under a parasol - nearly all the tables are outside the restaurant which gives an entertaining cabaret of eccentric driving manouevres as people try to find car...
