Good food

Food was nice and has good taste. Service was excellent. I recommend that they should add few more items of chicken.

We went to Piave with my family after having a really bad experience in other restaurant in Peña de Bernal. Most of the restaurants we wanted to go were close, but Piave was open. At first we didn't know how good it was going to be, but it was a great surprise. The service was excellent and the staff was... More

Everything was pretty tasty and the service was very attentive. We shared an eggplant and mushroom starter that was delicious. Followed by an order of home made raviolis and a polenta, both were great. The place is very simple...

So-so customer service, so-so food. The best part of the dishes is they're served in big portions but that's it. The flavor is bland and not quality food.

Excellent food, authentic italian ambiance. The owner is from the Piamonte area and always on top of his business.

Piave was not my choice, as I was part of a tour group of 32, so I was pleasantly surprised. The menu was very extensive, including several risotto dishes, gnocchi, and polenta, in addition to what you would expect; i.e., pasta, antipasto, pizza. The owner is Venetian; a lovely man. The house red wine was surprisingly good. My husband and... More

This Italian restaurant is in the center of the old section of town in Bernal. Nice decor and good service. The food we ordered was ok but not great in our opinion. Salads were good and they advertised that their vegetable were all well washed and disinfected. Service was good although the waiter was unable to answer more detailed questions... More

I enjoyed the friendliness of Mr. Brusadin, an Italian gentleman who owned this restaurant. He was far and above all the other restaurant owners/managers with whom I had contact in all of Mexico. He was willing and ready to please and his waiter was also excellent. My favorite dish at this restaurant was the rabbit although I also had a steak... More

It looks like we have been there in a right (for us) moment - there were no people at all! Staff a bit relaxed but nice, lasagña and cebolla soup were amazing. Town is very small so location is around center - just couple of minutes walk from zocalo. It's relatively cheap looking at the next door restaurant. Town is... More
