Poor service

We ordered pizza - could not believe how long we had to wait after ordering. Actually thought about leaving. Pizza was just OK. Roughly 2 hours for pizza - ridiculous.

I don't know about you but I go to a restaurant for the food, the atmosphere helps but the food is first and foremost. Something that I can't make at home from a professional trained chef. Well this was one of the worst meals that we had on our trip. I bought some aflredo sauce from the Chedruai and it... More

We had been advised by our concierge at The Excellence Riviera Cancun to check out Puerto Adventuras for supper if we were on a day trip out that way. His advice was spot on. We walked around the marina where dolphins were playing and came across this restaurant. I'm glad we stopped here. The food was terrific and well priced... More

I have been reading a book about authentic Northern Italian Cooking and was wowed by the food I was served tonight. I had only read about Tagliale in Heat, so I ordered it. It blew my mind, filet sliced and seasoned and subsequently gobbled up!! This restaurant is fast becoming a must visit destination in P.A., brilliant service, the entire... More

Lovely setting. Saltiest food we have ever eaten in a restaurant - even the bread was noticeably salty. The pasta bolognaise contained mystery meat. The pasta w/seafood was very mediocre and not much seafood. The pizza came half cooked and when we asked to have it cooked a little longer the waiter said " you tell me when it's ready".... More

This restaurant is one of the best places to eat I've been to in years. The prices are very reasonable and the food and service was excellent. A group of 15 of us went there and it was so good we went back again the following week. A wonderful Musician was playing the guitar named Ramiro Alejandro. His music was... More

We visited dolce vita and had a nice experience. The service was good and attentive. We were served a basket with bread to the drinks. We ordered fresh pasta wich was really nice. The lasagne could need a little more meat but the ravioli was delicious. We also ordered fried chicken wich came on a huge plate with salad, fries... More

We went here has a party of 7 and everyone in our group loved the food. It is also a great setting with the dolphins splashing in the background. We found the service to be excellent and the owner to be super friendly. We had Tiramisu for dessert and in one word "Decadent". I ordered filet and it was very... More

Second time I eat in this restaurant, water view seating, beautiful back ground music, i truly dislike loud music while I eat, ordered salad and bolognese paste, generous portions, enough to share. Love the food, enjoyed the ambiance

Where to begin? You will be seated quickly and your order will be taken in a timely manner. Food will be served in short order. That's when it goes downhill. Your server will never return. Want another drink? Good luck. Maybe dessert? Sorry. Not that you'll be ordering seconds on the mediocre food but even if you wanted to,you wouldn't... More
