I keep coming back for the Mummies (shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon) as they are worth the 5 hr flight alone ! The service in our experience has been inconsistent but not poor to where we'd complain or not return. We like the ability sit on the overhang where we can people watch and look down the... More

On our recent trip to Zihua, we went to Ixtapa one night for dinner. We wanted a little adventure but with a little knowledge in hand. Thanks to a review on La Fusion, that's where we headed. And, we are glad we did. Pancho met us as we walked into the second story location. We sat at a table on... More

On our first night in Ixtapa we decided to wing it so we looked on TA and found that La Fusion ranked pretty well among other Ixtapa restaurants. It is near Señor Frogs on the second level corner. We were greeted and served by Erick and Pancho who did a great job making us feel welcome. La Fusion has a... More

Went back to La Fusion in March and was not disappointed! My favourites, beef medallions and mussels, were still outstanding. Tried the pasta and the fish in garlic, they were wonderful. Adding the music, Blues Thursdays and Salsa on the weekends, made the experience even better! I can't wait for my next trip to enjoy it once again!

Great food, great service, great spot overlooking street action down below. You gotta try this spot. It makes one of the many places to check out in ixtapa an absolute must.

La Fusion has a great location on the second floor over looking the Main Street of Ixtapa and (unfortunately the Señor Frogs parking lot as well) is great for people watching. It's airy and you get a nice breeze through the restaurant. As for the food it was good but not great. My wife had the peppered beef medallions which... More

This was our first visit to La Fusion and certainly not our last. In fact, we actually went 3 times during our visit to Zihuatanejo. The service was very friendly, food had fabulous taste and the music was terrific! Thursday nights is their blues night which was so much fun. Saturday is their 70s,80s,90s music which was great to sing... More

Miguel and his team make you very welcome to their airy upstairs locale. Their margaritas are unforgettably delicious, and the service is very pleasant and casual. I had a delicious fish dish that was artfully presented. Loved it. I can't wait to go back for more of their casual atmosphere of fine dining.

I had their garlic shrimp twice. It was delicious! The service is very good too. They make your drinks right at your table so you can see how much they are pouring. Excellent idea!
