Fresh sea food, meat and pultry, excelent ingredients, nicely presented, very well prepared with polite and prompt service, variety and class. We spent three weeks this winter and enjoy this restaurant several times, we were very sátisfied.

Had numerous fantastic meals at Soleiado, both lunches and dinners, and every time the host greeted us upon our arrival and him and his staff were extremely attentive while we were dining. Food is excellent and the menu is very extensive, we will go back in a heart beat, we can highly recommend this restaurant.

I guess from seeing all the positive reviews, I was expecting more. Service was not great (slow and not very friendly) nor did I get the feeling of my time there being warm and inviting. Food was good, prices were a little higher than expected given all of the affordable options in Ixtapa. The new manager was present and appeared... More

I visited this restaurant with a group of four friends during our trip to Ixtapa. We are students from all over the world, studying at a University in another part of Mexico. We were in Ixtapa for the weekend. Although there are many restaurants along the road next to our hotel, we had walked past Soleiado earlier in the day... More

We have the pleasure to dine here on several occasions. The best part of the experience is the owner Edmundo who was undoubtedly born to be a restaurateur. He makes all his guests feel special and does everything to make the dining experience a happy one. The food is excellent, He sources many of his dishes from Mexico City and... More

We have been enjoying Soleiado for 14 years! This year under the management of Edmund the Bistro Soleiado has blossomed! The menu has expanded, the ambiance has been enhanced and the experience was pure joy. The welcoming atmosphere has remainded the same, the serving staff remains top notch and the kitchen staff is excellent as well. The addition of the... More

We went to Bistro Soleiado on a Saturday night, there was live music by an Italian singer/guitar player that was excellent. The food was very good and the service excellent, among the things that we had were a delicious eggplant parmigiana, tuna tartare, beef carpaccio, moroccan tagine, and assorted desserts. US$44 per person including cocktails and a bottle of French... More

If you are looking forward to a beautiful evening dinner in Ixtapa with wonderful food, a lovely setting and music 2 nights a week (you may even get up and dance), then Soleiado is the place for you in Ixtapa. The red snapper is excellent as are the duck tacos and be sure to try some of Walter's beautiful sushi.... More

It's been a few years since we have tried Soleiado but when we heard it was under new ownership we thought we would give it a try. The food was very good, my wife had the salmon with lemon and capers which she really enjoyed. I had the pork tenderloin which was also very good. The restaurant itself is very... More

Ate here twice during our recent trip to Ixtapa. The new family running this restaurant is doing a tremendous job. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about their food offerings. Ask to see the seafood tray....beautiful. Jesus was our waiter both times and did a wonderful job. I had the tuna twice and was not disappointed. Dessert was chocolate pecan pie with... More
