Delicious local food

I come back every year and it just seems to get better. Lovely local, friendly, family run restaurant with a wonderful English speaking waiter. Fabulous antipasti, delicious pasta and meat cooked on an open fire. Good value

Excellent food with a fabulous atmosphere. We went with all the family aged 10 to 83 and so fitted in to the wonderful way the Italians eat out. Pasta were good and a extensive wine list helped wash everything down. The service is really friendly and the bill is not large. Great place to eat like a local.

I've been here several times but this is the first time I've written a review as I didnt realise they were on tripadvisor. Welcome is always very warm and their waiters are entertaining and chatty. My kids have only one thing on their mind - pasta a ragu! Same order everytime and it never fails to satisfy. I've tried a... More

I went here with my husband, sister-in-law and German mother-in-law and we had SUCH a fun time. The staff were cheeky, hilarious and talked with such enthusiasm about what we should order to eat. We took their advice and the food was marvellous.

this restaurant is the typical Marchigiana eatery, with the Nonna at the Forno, overseeing every aspect of the food. Very good simple cuisine, nice friendly english speaking waiters, overall good value!

We went last night as a group of four and was expecting more! The pasta was lovely, but we did not get much for 10 Euros! The steak cannot be done to your liking! Chip were average and we had to ask for our wine when we got to the main course having ordered it 45 minutes earlier! Would not... More

We arrived at 20:30 and received first plates at 10:00. When we complained the waiter tried argue with longer cooking times for our plates. Main issue is they do not have a system for taking orders and we probably had the worst waiter of the restaurant. He took orders on post-its and passed these orally to the kitchen chef. So... More

This is one of the best meals I ever had in well over 10 visits to Italy. Great home-made pasta, excellent antipasta and a bisteca fiorentina (t-bone, grilled on charcoal) to die for. All is prepared in-house by the Italian mama, who is nearly a caricature of all Italian mama's. Go there!

We were two families with both adults and children and had a dinner after a long travelling day. Location of the restaurant is quite remote in the mountains but there is a good parking area. The restaurant is very well-kept and cosy. Service was quick, friendly and personal - we really felt welcome. Reservation by telephone was easy. Mauricio speaks... More

We have been here half a dozen times over the past six years. The menu hasn't changed in all that time and it doesn't need to. For a small eater like me, the three courses without the meat course are enough. The antipasti is superb. I particularly like the three different pasta on the primo piatto - canelloni, crepes and...
