Description: At our artisanal kitchen, the essential flavors are turned into new forms...
At our artisanal kitchen, the essential flavors are turned into new forms that keep their roots in the ancestral Mexico, with the best possible that our land can provide us. This is Entre Tierras, a place where the farmers can bring their produce, because they know it will be appreciated. Our chefs are the trustees that in an act of passion transform into vibrant dishes that speak about the love for our Mexican Cuisine. Our patrons come, not only for the pleasure to enjoy our food, but because they know that behind each of our dishes are the producers and cooks that love and respect our philosophy. That's the reason they come over, to celebrate the pleasure of eating. In our traditional mexican cuisine you will find a variety of dishes and desserts created especially for you, with careful hand we rescue the best fruits with ancestral stories and unique benefits of our land. By retaining the secret achieving a stronger tradition of alchemy of flavors, textures, aromas, that challenge what is already known caring nutritional values. The opportunity to experience "slow food " in one of their best releases.

Absolutely a splurge, as it isn't cheap, Entre Tierras is a fine experience. Housed in a XVIth century building, the ambiance and service are both superb. If you feel that the dinner doesn't fit your budget (and I would call them 'gringo' prices), then by all means go for their wonderful, creative and surprisingly affordable breakfasts.

The food was very creative and tasty and for once, there were many options for vegetarians. The service was knowledgeable and polite. We had a salad of native greens and zucchini flowers (yummy) and the wine from Spain was very, very good. And, they have a nice dessert menu. The owner is very proud of his restaurant and is open... Thank you very much for your comment, it was a pleasure meeting you and knowing that you enjoyed our cuisine and service. Be sure that in our next menu (Spring/ Summer) will be more vegetarian options. I will share your comments with my executive chef and my staff so they can keep pushing themselves to create this one of a... More

Entre Tierras lived up to its reputation. The atmosphere is great, the service top-notch and the complimentary appetizer as well as my pasta primavera were very good. However, I couldn't help comparing it the Fuime 37 in Guanajuato where I'd been last week. Prices were about 30% higher, and neither the pasta nor the red wine were in the superlative... More

Food is mexican-fusioned cooking, carefully prepared, in the right amount and nicely settled. This is really high-quality food. My husband and I had a very good meal and a great time. It's a good price/quality-quantity relationship.

My boyfriend and I came to eat and this restaurant and everything from the decor to the food was just perfect! I don't usually like mole poblano, but since I was in Puebla I figured I should give it a second try, and it was absolutely amazing! We also loved the empanada appetizers and the raviolis. Service was also wonderful... More

We first popped into Entre Tierras to have breakfast as were a bit tired and disappointed with the food we had found so far in Puebla. I'm so glad that we did as the food is really fantastic! It's a bit more expensive than the average place but you don't really feel it since they give you free extra's with... More

I went to enter tierra for a late lunch having seen online that they had many vegetarian options. It is a beautiful looking restaurant and the food was amazing but what stood out was the warm and genuinely sincere service from the staff and the general manager armando. Entry tierra will be my first stop on my return trip to... More
