Description: At our artisanal kitchen, the essential flavors are turned into new forms...
At our artisanal kitchen, the essential flavors are turned into new forms that keep their roots in the ancestral Mexico, with the best possible that our land can provide us. This is Entre Tierras, a place where the farmers can bring their produce, because they know it will be appreciated. Our chefs are the trustees that in an act of passion transform into vibrant dishes that speak about the love for our Mexican Cuisine. Our patrons come, not only for the pleasure to enjoy our food, but because they know that behind each of our dishes are the producers and cooks that love and respect our philosophy. That's the reason they come over, to celebrate the pleasure of eating. In our traditional mexican cuisine you will find a variety of dishes and desserts created especially for you, with careful hand we rescue the best fruits with ancestral stories and unique benefits of our land. By retaining the secret achieving a stronger tradition of alchemy of flavors, textures, aromas, that challenge what is already known caring nutritional values. The opportunity to experience "slow food " in one of their best releases.

Excellent fine dining meal with a relaxed, artistic feel

I had the pleasure of eating at Ebtre Tierras and would recommend it to anyone who would like a fine dining experience with a bit of casual flair. Not only was the food great (I had the Ribeye), but the wine selection was well-round and the decor/atmosphere is anything but stuffy. Great location... read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Puebla with a varied menu including some vegetarian options. I strongly recommend it for a dinner or lunch but when it comes to large events they drop the ball. We were charged for the menu tasting which is normally free when you book an event somewhere and we were overall happy with... More

We had the salmon appetizer-excellent and Delicious salad w/unusual greens & tasty dressing. We also ordered a filet migñon, which My Brown in Law said was really Good! But The deserts were just amazing. The lemon "pie" is... More

Wow! I have been to Entre Tierras twice now and both experiences were fantastic. The first time my girlfriend and I met the owner and he even comped us a desert. The food, atmosphere, wine and service were all five stars. You can get two entrees, and appetizer and bottle of wine all for under USD $100. The tuna, salmon... More

Our dinner at this restaurant was the best we had during our visit. After walking through a very unassuming entrance, you are greeted with a very unique and enjoyable setting. Our servers were very attentive and also helped with suggestions. We tried numerous items off of the varied menu all of which were presented beautifully and were delicious. The local... More

Absolutely a splurge, as it isn't cheap, Entre Tierras is a fine experience. Housed in a XVIth century building, the ambiance and service are both superb. If you feel that the dinner doesn't fit your budget (and I would call them 'gringo' prices), then by all means go for their wonderful, creative and surprisingly affordable breakfasts.

The food was very creative and tasty and for once, there were many options for vegetarians. The service was knowledgeable and polite. We had a salad of native greens and zucchini flowers (yummy) and the wine from Spain was very, very good. And, they have a nice dessert menu. The owner is very proud of his restaurant and is open... Entre Tierras lived up to its reputation. The atmosphere is great, the service top-notch and the complimentary appetizer as well as my pasta primavera were very good. However, I couldn't help comparing it the Fuime 37 in Guanajuato where I'd been last week. Prices were about 30% higher, and neither the pasta nor the red wine were in the superlative... More

Food is mexican-fusioned cooking, carefully prepared, in the right amount and nicely settled. This is really high-quality food. My husband and I had a very good meal and a great time. It's a good price/quality-quantity relationship.
