This is a lovely restaurant. The service is beyond excellent. The manager, Armando, is engaging, knowledgable, and does everything possible to make sure you have a wonderful experience. If you have dietary concerns, he will work with you to make sure you leave happy. He really aims to please. And please he does, with excellent meals, the best wine, and... More

I was alone when I went to Entre Tierras for dinner. The place looks nice with a decent ambience. What blew me away was the amazing food and the lovely service. The manager is a good soul who has worked for a major part of his life in the US and was gracious to help me with my order and... More

We just had dinner on a rainy Monday night and it was perfect. Everything is served with a lot of attention and care, very interesting menu and a staff that knows what they are talking about (specially when it comes to wine). We had a great time, definitely one of the best in Puebla!

Visited Entre Tierras on Easter weekend. Went to scout it out around mid-afternoon on Saturday. I'm a Design Build contractor from the San Francisco Bay area and I appreciate good design and construction. I think this restaurant's physical plant can hold it's own in any of the cities my wife and I have visited throughout the world. On this initial... More

This is one of the best places we visit in Puebla! The wine menu with a good selection of mexican wines, and the sommelier (not too many places have one as profesional as here) to guide you in this not too well known wine area. Based on his recomendation we tasted one that he called a "super-Mexican" making reference about... More

Although the service was excellent, the food was disappointing. I had chicken molé, just to try something simple and traditional, and it was both tough and dry. The sauce was nothing special either, and my caesar salad was overdressed to the point of being gross. I would not eat here again.

They use good quality locally grown products and prepare them well. We enjoyed the entire meal. My wife particularly liked the chopped salad where the ingredients came that day from the market. The maitre D, Armando lived in the U.S. for 30 years and is a great host. Can explain everything well and makes you feel right at home. If... More

Delicious dinner combining high quality ingredients, Pueblan and European culinary traditions. An interesting wine list showing off the strength of Mexico's wines - we had an excellent Cabernet Sangiovese blend that rivalled many a Tuscan wine. Service was good and the Maitre D, Armando, was really helpful explaining the various ingredients making up each dish. Lovely decor around a typical... More

We had a nice dinner and a great visit with the manager at Entre Tierras. The food is beautifully presented. The menu is still evolving and this will soon be a top restaurant in the city. The tasting menu is a good opportunity to try many dishes, and the portions are just right. The sea bass was especially well prepared.... More
