My family and I visited this restaurant back in April while vacationing in Puebla, and interestingly it is actually part of a museum that is actually worth while visiting. Slow service, bad food super expensive, a shame for the great location, that's all they rely to keep the doors open, there are more options in front of the plaza half block

Just visited Casa de los Muńecos, due to review and a recomendation from a friend, didn't have a great experience at all. -Food is regular, ordered Mole was ok expected much more from an "alta cocina mexicana" restaurant...and the price. -ordered chalupas...who were nothing more than salsa soaked tortillas with ridiculous small amount of meat. -there is NO kids menu.... More

The most authentic food in town. Ther you can have the artisan MOLE, the Chile en nogada from August to September or the Mole de caderas from October on A real place to celebrate!!

Was taken to lunch here by business contacts. Great food. Had scrumptious salmon and for starters, huitlacoche tacos. Also a delicious rice pudding dessert, great coffee and fine service in a lovely outdoor patio setting.

We recently went for dinner and the food was very good: queso fundido with Spanish chorizo was delicious and the steaks were great. The place is located at Centro Historico, nice colonial building, and there is a museum. The food is very well served and excellent served, in my opinion is overrated because portions are too big, please consider dishes to share (2persons) I stayed there for breakfast. Very extensive menu covering the most tradition poblano cuisine. The location is great. Also breakfasts are worth trying!

Food was pretty good but when asked to be changed of table because of the breeze, with a 5 year old I was told by the captain they were expecting a reservation, I told him give them the table in sitting at but he answer was no...
