It has been here since 1720, contemplating, waiting, always alive with nostalgia. It is part of Puebla’s history and now part of the gastronomy. La Garita, built in the old center of town in the 18th century, housed the livestock on its way from Veracruz to Mexico. The altarpieces based on the effigies of the 17th and 18th century transform handcrafted artifacts into art, which together with the specialties of the house give you the perfect ambiance.

Great Food

Although it is a little far from the Historic Center close to Plaza Dorada but is is worth a visit. Order perejil frito which is a great entry.
