Pancho Villa Restaurant/Museum

This restaurant, which you need a reservation for, is packed with Pancho Villa memorabilia. You will that you are dinning in a museum! The food is good and authentic and tasty. The place is a bit packed, but has a cozy feeling. There's was live music when we were there, hope you have it as well.

DORADO. west of centro, about -5 minutes walk towards the Raphael Colonel museo. Have to ring the bell and they ask you if you have reservations but we got in anyways. Beautifully tiled, home-y looking and chock full of knick knacks, but done well. Good menu, lots of enchiladas and local specialities, food quite good. The very disappointing aspect was... More

All kind of enchiladas, the menu is very extensive, we tried the green pozole that is suppose to be a special, did not think much about it. The enchiladas are really good we tried several and most of them are good, worth going it a Zacatecas classic place to eat.

We were the only non-locals in this charming small restaurant filled with memorabilia & Mexican antiques. Friends recommended it to us & although we were early for our reservation were seated at once. We asked the next table what was the best menu choice and their response was "any enchilada". My husband ordered the pork and I ordered the chicken.... More

The entire experience is excellent from the locked door and the doorbell to the excellent service and food. I loved this place...loved it so much. The atmosphere is unique with Mexican nick knacks and antiques throughout the restaurant. It is vibrant and very busy. Regional dishes are excellent, and the house Mezcal is a bargain at 65 MP...the double will... More

It was supposed to be a "legendary pozole". Not at all. It is very cozy and nice. But its kind of slow. The prices are great! I think the pozole is over rated but, the other dished looked fantastic. I need to go again because it seems to be a great place to eat.

My husband and I were wandering the streets of Zacatecas without a plan. We asked around for the best restaurant to have dinner and some guy recommended Los Dorados de Villa. We were like "ok, whatever, let's go there" and when we were outside on the sidewalk trying to figure out how to get into the place, a man sitting... More

This place is nice, the decoration and concept is also a good reason to eat in this restaurant. Consider that the reservation is mandatory. And the bad news is that go with time because the wait for the food is long. But at the end the food is good and it pays for the wait. The arrachera, the quesadillas, etc...... More
