Great low price quiet place with GREAT food.

We had a quiet night at this restuarant. Its a simple comfortable low cost place suitable for a couple or a family. Spacious and rustic. The food is great. Huge salads and the pizza (actually made by an Italian and his Mexican wife) is absolutely terrific. The owner is friendly and we enjoyed our... read more

The service, the food, the ambiance...all wonderful! We loved the pizza, the pasta, the SALADS!!!! They deliver in the area, too! We ate here at least three times out of our 11 day stay in Morelia.

We were recommended this restaurant and I would only like to pass it forward. Delicious, hand-made, inexpensive pizza.

We chose Pulcinella because it was close to our hotel and the reviews were positive. We expected an average meal but it definitely exceeded our expectations. Started with the antipasto plate...fresh and delicious! Cesear salad was large enough for four people to share. Our favorite pasta was the Arabiatta, with the perfect amount of spice and rich tomato sauce. Also... More

Beautifully prepared Italian in the heart of Morelia. The food was so good we almost didn't complain when a piece of cookware ended up on one of our plates. A small issue with for which they gave us a free dessert to compensate.

Dined at Pulcinella after seeing great reviews and it didn't disappoint. Ordered a lovely fresh Italian salad and the spaghetti with prawns was wonderful, tasty and cooked just right. Companion ordered the formaggio pizza and the mediano size was enough for two! Best of all at the end of the night, the waitress (family business) happened to bring out the... More

No complaints at all! Very tasty! The wine, if it could be colder would be better, but we still enjoyed it. The business is run by the family, which makes all the ambience very cozy. Important: Not open on Mondays and Tuesdays. The price is quite correct.

Dinner choice for a Wednesday evening, no reservation. Arrived at 7:15, not busy sat in one of the interior rooms. Not a fancy place but nicely set up with good spacious seating, open kitchen and a neat owner built wood burning pizza oven. Started with a bottle of L.A. Cetto Petit Syrah for a very reasonable $200 Pesos. Good value.... More

My husband and I visited Pulcinella last week to take a break from mexican food since we now live in Mexico full time. We had eaten here once before in March and loved it. The food was once again delicious and the service prompt and attentive. We both ordered pasta dishes which were prepared well. The house bread was wonderful,... More

This place is great... I know that sounds a bit trite but it is the perfect adjective for Pulcinella. It took us awhile to find it - google map got a bit confused and sent us to a hostel - but it was worth the walk. Also we had the opportunity to watch our daughter's beau pantomime "Italian restaurant" to... More
