Hit this place for our first dinner of our trip and it was a great start. The place was empty as it was late but Don was happy to see us. Very friendly guy and did a great job of explaining everything to us. We had the soup that was good like all the reviews state. The three of us... More

If you want delicious food and a fun experience Elizabeth and Alberto will deliver at this wonderful restaurant. They explain this much better but I will attempt so you can have an idea of the type of food: They have a a few different types of dishes that they combine together (almost like a stew), for example arrachera(beef), onions and... Ok, had no idea what a cazuelas was until we ate here. Its a small menu but we had a very good lunch. Tried the chicken and steak Cazuela, choose the taco version it was much better. Oh the Tortilla soup is a must! Its not your normal tourist trap, its a low key spot with just very good food.... More

We've found a new favorite place after many years traveling to Los cabos. I can't say much more than what's already been written - the food is original, fresh, and made with hours of work. Service is warm and welcoming. We had the queso-cazuelas - portobello and meat. Both excellent. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but is... More

We went there because of the reviews, I took my parents, they really enjoyed the soup, we like it so much we went, the second time. You need to go if you are in the area. The owner and his wife took time to talk to us. The food was great. The place was very clean.

We were greeted by Alberto - Chef / Owner - of this nice quaint restaurant. We had a very nice lunch consisting of freshly prepared Portobello mushrooms; one with thinly fried queso on a sandwich roll and another on a large baked potato :) The Tortilla soup was also delicious and enough to share for two. Alberto is very hospitable,... More

Earlier this yearI visitred here and was totally impressed with the food, the ambiance and the very cordial staff. Most recently I returned and while things were great before, somehow they enhanced everything. Maybe that is to adjust to the swelling number of satisfied customers. I have enjoyed their meat, fish and chicken volcanoes. When In asked the cheF for... More
