Description: Floras Field kitchen is about handmade food using our farm fresh...
Floras Field kitchen is about handmade food using our farm fresh ingredients. Our goal is to create a healthy family meal with a sense of place. Our day begins at four in the morning when Jose the baker arrives to fire the wood oven. Working with sourdough cultures and pre ferments he makes loaves of Pain L'ancienne baguette, ciabatta, sourdough, focaccia, whole wheat and herb breads. Chefs, cooks, stewards, the butcher and farm hands begin arriving after first light. Throughout the morning produce comes in to be washed and prepped while the line gets fired up to prepare the first meals- through dinner there is harvesting going hand in hand with cooking. All meats served at Floras Field Kitchen come from our nearby 150-acre ranch where animals are humanely raised on diets that do not include hormones or antibiotics. In the evening, and for Sunday brunches, the wood-burning oven becomes Mamas pizzeria. We make Neapolitan style pizza with fresh mozzarella and dough that is built over time and handled lightly.

I have been there a few times. It is a little pricey but has good food and a very nice atmosphere. It is always surprising to find a place like that just outside San Jose in the desert. Both afternoon and evenings are nice. Maybe a little difficult to find the first time - cabdrivers know where it is though.

It's located at the end of a dirty road,a little far from everthing.Comparated with two years ago they worsened the service, raiced the prices and now the food is mediocre. i have serious doubts that the ingredients are coming from the farm.

I was excited to visit Flora Farms after doing a little research over the last few months because of a planned work related trip to Cabo San Lucas. I love farms, garden to table eating, etc. But I have never visited a place like Flora. It is difficult to put in to words just how special this "farm" is. We... More

Flora Farm's food, atmosphere and service is out of this world! I honestly don't think there are enough adjectives to describe how good Flora Farm's is! The food is to die for, the ambiance is perfect and the service is exceptional. You can get drinks, stay for dinner or even shop their local market. They treat their customers with the... More

Great food. Great ambiance. The tastiest tomato salad I've ever had. You could tell the food had no unnatural stuff in it.

Words cannot explain the amazing food you get when going to Flora Farms. We were in Cabo a few weeks ago and went for Sunday Brunch....The food was absolutely amazing and works of art on the plates. Jorge was our server and our wishes were his command! We all loved it so much, we made a reservation on the spot... More

Upon arrival at the Flora Field Kitchen we felt like we were somewhere else. There's nothing like it in Cabo (that I know of). There were homes for sale around the kitchen and the property seems like a scene from the movies. BUT nonetheless, the pizza's we ordered were fabulous! The grounds are fabulous and this is a "must visit"... More
