Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.

Great meal, Great view

This out of the way restaurant is worth the effort. We waited for low tide and walked the beach to get here as we had no car. The food is excellent and the views of the surfer's beach is amazing. A little pricey, but not too much. We had the house special which was sea bass in a mango sauce... read more

We have been going to Seven Seas for both lunch and dinner for years and it remains one of our favorite restaurants in San Jose. The setting is beautiful, the service excellent, and the food is consistently good. Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner for two overlooking the Sea of Cortez or a large group looking for an... More

This has been my favorite restaurant in San Jose for 5+ years now. It is beachfront and the food is excellent. The menu is a little limited and it would be nice to see them change it up from time to time, but that is the only limitation to this place.

Thank you for telling us about it. We usually keep the popular items in the menu and rotate the rest. It is time to be a little more daring and try very different from what we usually offer. Great compliment, we will tell our staff! More

February 14th, Valentines day, one of the busiest days in a restaurant and they should be fully prepared. When we arrived we were seated promptly and then ignored for 15 minutes while the manager discussed which tables each waiter and staff would be looking after. When we finally got our assigned waiter he was attentive. We enjoyed a wonderful appetizer,... More

This was to be our "special": evening out on our holiday, and boy did we make the right choice. We came across the 7 Seas on a beach walk and made reservations for Valentine's Day. The staff were wonderful, the food was amazing, and the horn player in the background was perfect. Add to that, the people having a fire... More

Located at the Cabo Surf Hotel, is this restaurant witch is just in front of the beach. You can watch from here all the people that go surfing from first row. The service its good but the food is just ok. Prices are a bit high but you are paying for the view.

We were told the dining area is temporarily "relocated" around the pool (still on the beach) until this weekend when the repairs from the Hurricane will be complete. Even so, this was a lovely place for a romantic dinner by the sea. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. The mexican potato soup was my favorite! We... More

The décor, service, food, drinks, and location create a perfect ambience for dinning out at its best. I received warm and friendly interactions with all of the staff I encountered. They were very attentive and willing to please. The food was prepared and served elegantly. The taste was delicious and matched the presentation perfectly. The décor and structure of the... More

This was our second choice for dinner for our last night in Cabo - we tried to get reservations at Sunset Da Mona Lisa, but they were booked. A couple that we met at our condo ( Hi Jack and Jackie from Boston !) told us about this place. Turned out to be a perfect choice as a rain shower... More

Enjoyed the meal by the beach. Food was ....well...perfect...seafood skillet. Seasoned perfectly. Nice wine list, love being outside overlooking the beach. Again, service was impeccable.
