A good night.

My wife and myself with The Zincers enjoyed a quiet night here in February. Awesome food, not cheap.

Read about Cassiano's in a guide book and the premise of a spontaneous menu sounded interesting. Made a reservation and it being low season, we were one of two tables in the place. It made for speedy, attentive service. We eat pretty broadly, I'm a total omnivore and told them to bring out whatever for me. My husband doesn't eat... More

When you arrive at the restaurant, and the manager (Alejandro) is waiting curbside to welcome you, you know immediately that it will be a very special evening. Casianos is a very unique, and special culinary experience. The simple contemporary milieu is complimented with artwork that adorns the walls from local artists. The unique blend of clientele, from smartly dressed types... More

We want to this restaurant last week with my family. I can assure you this is a fabulous place. It should be in the middle of NYC ! There is a choice between. 3 or 5 course meal. We tried both and they are just amazing, incredibly different , unique and tasty. I truly think this is a place you... More

We love to visit the Cabo/San Jose region of Mexico and Casianos goes right to the top of our must go back too list. There is no menu, your choice of 3 or 5 courses, and that doesn't include the couple of extras the chef will throw in. We did the 5 and will again next time to make sure... More

Who would have thought there was a great gourmet tasting menu in Cabo!!!! We would have never known about this if it were not for our Hotel Concierge! They apparently do no advertising and you won't want to miss this hidden gem! Every course from our 7 course meal was to die for and presentation was beautiful! The only problem... More

My husband and I have traveled the world and continue to return to Casianos for all the right reasons. We have been patrons since the restaurant opened and have enjoyed the superb tasting menu which changes daily. The creativity of every dish, the variety of seasonings, the professional and personal service separate this restaurant from every other in Cabo and... More

There is no menu, per say. The chef fixes what is fresh that day. We had a wonderful meal. Very small restaurant with excellent service. It is expensive, so keep it for the special occasions.

A hidden gem in San Jose del Cabo. The service and food were wonderful. We had three courses with shrimp, fish, chicken, beef a duck. Excellent flavors and unusual combinations. Highly recommend it!
