Incredible meal - and a total surprise from start to finish - just like going to a friend's house when you don't know what they're serving. Expect only the freshest ingredients, local if possible and in season. Portion sizes are precise - and all parts of the meal will focus your taste buds on the flavour. Staff are very knowledgeable,... More

WOW ! This describes Casiano's in the most concise fashion possible. Tucked away in a quiet residential area, this gem was an unexpected delight. The premises is large and the tables are nicely spaced out. The physical space is very Zen-like. The service was superb, dedicated, charming and welcoming; and certainly more than friendly. The food was beautifully prepared and presented.... More

A student future chef recommended we try this restaurant and I had no idea what was in store. I invited my son and his girlfriend and the three of us are foodies. After we arrived, I found out there is no open menu and it is a price fixed 3 or 5 course what the chef wants to send retaurant.... More

This was by far the best meal I had in Cabo. No menu necessary here as the chef takes you on an unbelievable culinary journey. They say 3 courses, but that did not count the little extras that are part of the meal plus 3 rounds of dessert. The pairings were amazing and everyone was completely satisfied. Don't miss out... Upon seating, the server had said Casianos was in the process of being moved into a new hotel being built and that they had to temporarily relocate and rename the restaurant since Casianos was being associated with the new restaurant. At this location, there was no patio seating as pictured here. It was our first time in Cabo San Jose... More

We were amazed by the evening of great food. Each dish was our favorite until the next course arrived. Then that became our favorite. Casianos is ranked by us as better than Seared and better than Cosina del mar. The ambiance is a cozy small restaurant so does not have the glitz of the other two but if you are... More

We had a fantastic meal at Casianos. We selected the 3 course option which was plenty of food for the two of us. Although everything was delicious, the short ribs were a real stand out.
