Good Pastries

We stopped in here for coffee and a cookie. The espresso was perfectly made and the sugar cookie was good, though it would have been better if it was made with manteca instead of butter. The next morning we had breakfast. The mango crepe was really good, the omelette was okay, the cafe au lait... read more

A great way to start your day in San Jose del Cabo. Fabulous pastries, breakfast breads, sweet and savory crepes. Nice small , shaded patio area, excellent service and it must be said: clean bathrooms :)

This place is such a gem! We come here multiple times every time we come to the Cabo area. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding. The crepes are amazing and huge and the huevos rancheros that I get every time is absolutely delicious. The coffee is excellent and not sure of any other place around here that you can get a... There is NOTHING French about the pastries OR the bread (for that matter)--that is even if you've NEVER been to France. The 2 pastries we tried were awful. The first was a Tiramisu; it was "heavy" not like it supposed to be. Then we tried a chocolate croissant--a speck of chocolate covered by layers of tough and doughy pastry. What makes... More

We had an excellent breakfast here - the coffee is very good and the omelettes and the crepes are the best in Cabo. Easy location to find on the main one way street just above the police station.

We discovered this bakery/cafe just off the square in San Jose de Cabo. The first thing that you notice from the street is the wonderful aroma of fresh bread and pastries every morning. A great choice of pastries. They do serve breakfast also and fresh coffee, the coffee is very strong.

My husband and I found this little spot while walking around the Art Walk on a Thursday night in downtown San Jose. We peaked in and knew immediately we wanted to come back for coffee and dessert after our dinner reservation at La Panga Antigua. We ordered a chocolate tart and chocolate chip cookie and 2 coffees. Unfortunately, their espresso... More

Grudgingly writing review because it's my favorite place for breakfast and I selfishly don't want it to get too crowded! But to be fair to the Owner and staff, here it is. It's everything you want it to be and the name says it all. Special Croissant is my current favorite,a baked that morning croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese... More

I and four others met here to observe Pi Day. The service and pastries we had were excellent. This is a nice airy restaurant to enjoy breakfast or or just a cup of coffee.

This place is always packed, but the wait and noise is worth it. The croissants are excellent as well as their breakfast menu. Service is so-so, but because of its fantastic location, good food and surprisingly relaxing experience, I always come back.
