Fantastic experience!

The staff there were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. We had a party of 10 and they were ver accommodating. We all had a fantastic time. The presentation and the taste of the food was fantastic! We will definitely go back. Don't miss this one.

We ate at Maria Jimenez this week, and were baffled by all the great reviews. The welcome was delightful and the space was pleasant. The margaritas had almost no flavor interest. We had seven different main courses. Only one of them, the cactus quesadilla, was in the least memorable (my daughter had them add mushrooms for flavor). It was good.... More

It took me a few times to try and find this place. It's not super lit up at night, but once you are there, it was worth the effort. Fresh, authentic, delicious food. We'll be back

We came here based on TA reviews, and my Passport card. It was everything we were hoping for. The seating area was larger than expected, however, the tables were all occupied. Our party of 4 ordered arrachara and enchiladas with limonada to drink. Chips and salsa are an apetizer, not offered complementary. The food was prepared as ordered. No disappointments.... More

Tonight was our second dinner at Maria Jimenez during our first week in Cabo. This is our go-to spot for Mexican food, which is saying something when you are in Cabo. The wait staff is smiling and friendly. They speak English well enough to communicate with those of us who speak little to no Spanish. A bonus to this place... More

In October of 2012, I fell in love with this restaurant. I had to write to Tripadvisor to add Maria Jimenez Restaurante Mexicano to the list of Cabo San Lucas restaurants so I could write their very first review. Recently, I was fortunate enough to return to Cabo San Lucas, and I made sure to visit Maria Jimenez again. It... More

The food was delicious and the portions were large. Service was excellent. The restaurant was family friendly. We enjoyed our dinner very much. It's important to note, they only take cash.

We found this place based on other reviews, and were quite pleased with our experience. we found the margaritas to be excellent and the food in general also to be so. Honestly we weren't crazy about the queso dip but the chorizo in it was quite good. We were there late and missed the dinner rush and found the staff... More

This restaurant was recommended by our Cielito Lindo cab driver and we loved it so much we ate there twice on this visit to Cabo! I also have celiac disease and they served gluten free meals without any problems (I had my Spanish gluten free card with me to explain). Such a treat! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!... More

This restaurant is so charming - it is small so either go early or make a reservation! The mango margaritas were so good, they tasted like a smoothie. My mother-in-law and I both got the special marinated chicken, it was very tender and flavorful and my husband and my father-in-law both got the enchiladas and said they were the best... More
