Don't waste your time unless you are staying there

It's always good that a place does not need your business and we were staying 100 yards down the beach and they would not take a reservation from us. This is a really beautiful setting on the cliffs in Pedragal and the food was really great. The service, I believe, was pretty slow for the prices we were paying. It was a three hour meal and not because we wanted it that way. You definitely pay for the setting. You will pay 2-3 times for wine and cocktails as... More

A fantastic meal in a spectacular outdoor setting carved into the rocks beside the Pacific. Try to arrive before sunset. The staff were excellent - well versed in the menu and inquired about, and accommodated, food restrictions. The menu is set by the chef with the exception of the main course of various fish, shell fish and steak. You will... More

Who looks at a rocky cliff and says "let's build the restaurant here"? Someone at Pedragal did, and I'd like to thank them! The setting is perfect. Waves crash just feet from your table spraying just enough mist to remind you that you are not dreaming. Service was excellent, food was delicious and there was a violin player that entertained... El Farallon reopened 2 weeks ago and they really got it right. The concept is the same. You choose your fresh caught fish and tell them how you would like it prepared and they do the rest by supplying a soup course, appetizer courses and desert selection. Everything is prepared to perfection and the service is friendly and first class.... More

Great location Quite a walk from valet to the restaurant but it's a spectacular spot to eat. After you enter you are taken to a fish station with 5 different types of fish shrimp and lobster or ribeye if fish isn't your thing I was kinda disappointed as it looked like it was going to be a boring meal You... The staff are well trained intelligent people, who are helpful and instruct you about how the restaurant works. We dined there 5 years ago and it was a fantastic experience and so was this one. You get there through a flaming tunnel and then are escorted, which is good, because you could get lost. They really have put it back... More

This restaurant only gets better. It is so nice to see that they never rest on their laurels. El Farallon quite possibly has the best restaurant location in Mexico with Pacific Ocean waves crashing n the rocks feet from your table. We had not been back since 2013 and it is substantially better. Our waiter told us that most of... More

El Farallon is simply amazing. From the food, views, and atmosphere. Save for the special date night, luxury dinner. Be sure to bring a wrap. The do have a thow to use as the evening air right on the ocean above the rocks could get a little chilly.

The most beautiful propert in THE WORLD! The most attentive details down to the the perfectly raked beach on the sand! The world class cuisine, the healthiest, tastiest gourmet, and phenomenal Mexican food as well. You might as well have died and just arrived to the Pearly Gates at Lands End, which is already the most magical end of the... More
