My husband and I had an amazing meal hear. The server was very helpful and guided us through the whole dinner experience. I had the New York steak witch was by far the best NY I have ever had and it came with truffled mash poataoes, YUM! My husband hand the Rags to Riches pasta, which was also super tasty!

Complete disappointment from start to finish. The food was the worst food we had in all of Cabo. The black bean soup looked and tasted as though it came straight from a can. A shot of Macallan whiskey is averagely $20 on the high end, even in NY, their menu had no price, we ordered anyway, then saw they charged... More

For our first night in Cabo, we dined on property. After a long day of travel to our destination --- Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach --- eating on property was the perfect choice. Every thing on the menu is delicious. So stay away from nothing and order everything. My only suggestion is this - ask to be seated on the balcony... More

I loved La Frida! The service was 5 star and the ambiance was spectacular. We were seated outside on the terrace which was a great location with a fabulous view. I loved how the bar is a mini cart that comes to your table and the drink is prepared right in front of you. The mini cart has a good... More

This was one of the best dinners we have ever had. From the impeccable service to the outstanding food, it was a great choice for a beautiful evening in sunny warm Mexico. Our server was a beautiful young woman named Fabiola, along with her attentive staff made the cost of this dinner worth every penny. We so enjoyed every bit... More

This was probably once a great restaurant judging from the setting and the pretentious-ness of the experience. But once seated things ground to a halt quickly. Lots of waiting. Lots. I guess that makes me a "waiter" so what's the issue here? But I digress. We didn't see anyone at our table for at least 10 minutes. Once someone showed... More

We made reservations for what we thought would be a nice, quiet dinner with our son and his friend from California on one of the last evenings of our stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We had heard the restaurant was pricey but had paid the "all inclusive" so would have to pay $20 per person for food (found out... More

We waited at the table for 30 minutes before we begged someone to get us wine. We were even told by the bar tender who was bringing the cart around that he 'is the bar tender and doesn't offer wine". After 40 minutes we had our wine. Food was good/ ok. But not for the service and wait.

We recently spent a week in Los Cabos at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort. We chose three days of the "all inclusive" plan. La Frida Restaurant is available at an additional cost per person with the all inclusive plan. We went there our second night and we were extremely pleased with both the service and the quality of the... More

All three stars are mostly for ambience and overall design which is delicate and attractive, reminiscent of Frida's art. Drinks are good, made of trusted components. Taste of food is something that I call " pedestrian" but highly overpriced. Presentation of food may be good in a broad daylight but in the evening you can easily cut designer style napkin... More
