Had grilled sea bass, fresh vegetables and a delicious hibiscus margarita. The only thing we weren't expecting were tequila shots at $50.00 a piece. They should have told us the price before hand. Otherwise, I will definitely return. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is warm and inviting

Four of us went to Hacienda El Coyote for dinner. We were seated in the dining room and thought about moving to the terrace but thought the street noise would be distracting. Nice dining room - well decorated and lit. some local young girls in traditional dress did some dance numbers as we ordered - very cute. the meals came... More

I ordered a rib eye steak, or what was supposed to be a medium rare rib eye, and my wife ordered enchilades. the steak was very thin and tough ,way over cooked. My wife said her meal tasted like it was out of a box not tasty at all. ther are many other good restuarants in town and around the... More

While wondering around looking for another particular restaurant, we found this one and decided to come back for dinner another night. That was a happy decision. Everyone enjoyed their dishes, the wine was very nice and the service was top shelf. However, I don't recommend getting a table on the patio, the traffic on the street does not add to... More

This place is at the end of the bar/restaurant strip....but the place has great ambience and really good food. For the most part the pieces were reasonable, except the margaretta deals didn't seem to workout. The ambience and service make you feel like you are at a nicer restaurant in Cabo. Great place we would go back!

We ate here the first time using a voucher from SolMar, owner of this property. It replaced the moribund Sea Queen. The place is completely remodeled. The menu is regional Mexican cuisine. We had tequilas with sangrita, a DF tradition. The sangrita was to die for. Not to be confused with sangria, the wine drink. We also had aguachile, shrimp... More

Loved the food and decor. We took lots of pictures in this beautiful place. Open air dining, great service, very tasty food. Our cab driver recommended it the first night in Cabo, then we went back out last night there because we loved it so much! They don't get in a hurry in Mexico, so savory the experience and don't... We first discovered Hacienda El Coyote as we were returning from a trip to the bank. The blue lanterns were so pretty, we stopped to take a look. The menu was posted and looked to be very reasonably priced for Cabo. We kept it in the back of our minds and decided at the last minute, on our final night... More

Ambiance was so different this year! In the past, they had a pond full of Koi. This year, that entire area was closed which was so disappointing. The traditional young dancers were as good as ever but with the restricted space, we didn't get to appreciate their talent as in past years. The food was as good as ever, a... More
