Every time we go to Cabo, we always search out new places to eat. This place was recommended to us by our personal guide, Carlos, whom we met at the marina. (PS - if you want a great personal tour guide search my reviews for Carlos Jiminez) It was incredibly delicious and the prices were exceptional for what we had... More

Food was good. I had sopes and my sister-in-law had tasty enchiladas verde. There are religious signs and saying everywhere. Great location and has parking.

After a day on the beach, we told our tour drive that we wanted some authentic Mexican food for lunch. He dropped us off at La Mesa Poblano. The restaurant was small and quaint, we were a group of 13 and the were happy to accommodate our group. The menu was extensive and they serve breakfast as well as lunch... More

We asked a local on the street near the marina where he takes HIS family for dinner and he pointed us to La Mesa Poblana. What an excellent place! It was not crowded at all but the food was excellent as were the drinks. True mexican fare at a totally reasonable price! If we return to Cabo we will certainly... More

My wife and I were staying at an all-inclusive so we didn't eat out a lot but when we did we made sure to ask a local for something more authentic than the touristy places like Cabo Wabo and Hard Rock. He suggested La Mesa Poblana and he wasn't wrong! The food was great (no, we didn't get sick so... More

The food here was okay. We had a lot better at other restaurants. The waiter was very helpful and friendly

For a restaurant locale recommended by the locals, La Mesa Poblana is a must! The service was outstanding and the authentic food was delicious. We always ask the locals where they like to eat, not just the usual eateries along the marina. The owner, a Christian, has truly created a jewel!

I liked the food but I want to try something else next time. Some of the food temp. was only warm. I know we had a some what of a large party but the service could have been a little quicker. The drinks were good and the waiters were very nice and a few were in training. My grand kids... More

Friendly staff. Excellent food. Cute restaurant with character and charisma and open air seating. Everything reasonably priced. We went for dinner one night and enjoyed it so much that we went for breakfast the following morning. Their specialty is mole sauce, but we didn't have it as it's not a sauce we typically like. Instead, my husband had the albodingas... More

This is the 3rd time we have been to this local restaurant. I want the recipe for the perfect Mole they serve!! Fresh margaritas and authentic mexican food with flavors that are spectacular. It is all about the local places for us and this is at the top of our list. It is always pretty busy, especially after Sunday mass... More
