The octopus is about the best anywhere! It is tender, almost buttery, with chills that don't overpower. We always share the boat of grilled fish, shrimp three ways and, of course, octopus. Margaritas are strong, so imbibe carefully. We never miss this important stop on out Cabos culinary adventures.

A friend of mine who owns a house in Cabo told us about this little gem. When asking for directions make sure to tell them it is Mariscos LAS TRES ISLAS and not Mariscos Mazatlan. Jose' the owner came over and visited with us very personable. Jose' hand picks his seafood fresh off of the boat and will prepare it... More

We happened on Tres Islas several years ago on advice from a young timeshare salesperson...sometimes you get good advice from them. Anyway, my wife and I went there and after a little searching found the place and were very glad we did. The wait staff treated like old friends even though it was our first time there. Margaritas were superb... More

This restaurant was recommended by a bell hop. My wife and I went for lunch and started with the shrimp cocktail Veracruz style. The shrimp with avocado, tomatoes and cilantro was very flavorable as we sat in the open air with a cool breeze. We then shared the lobster with pepper sauce. The pepper sauce with garlic was unbelievable. I... More

If you love getting off the beaten path and eating somewhere other than a chain resteraunt...you found your place! A local recommended it. It's a great place to get good seafood. You really need to try the bacon wrapped shrimp and seafood stuffed fish but the chicken fingers were really good!!

I don't normally write reviews unless they're positive, however, after the experience, food, and reviews I felt it worry sharing. We heard after the last three years of visiting Cabo this was the must place to find but the only thing positive about this was the price. We had oysters to start off with and they literally smelled like toilet... More

The seafood was fresh and plentiful and the service was outstanding. We had 7 people and the bill was $140! Extremely well priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion as the overall experience was fantastic.

I used to be in the food business and am very very picky and let's just say they blew us away with the fresh oysters and the biggest juiciest lobster I have ever seen!!!

This is after the hurrricane and we were very pleasantly surprised as to how great they still are. Tres Islas is a must visit on every trip to Cabo and it is still a great restaurant. I had the shrimp trio and my wife had the fish catch of the day done in garlic butter. Both entrees were sumptious, just... More
