Good Seafood

The seafood is awesome at Tres Islas. I had the Grilled Tuna with peppercorn sauce, and my wife had the shrimp tacos. Both were excellent. My concern with Tres Islas is with personal hygiene. While we were there, two different employees (one cook, one waiter) sneezed multiple times, and neither... read more

Must try the whole red snapper (ask for chilly oil paste on side) and the Seafood soup. The food was amazing and the service was awesome. The snapper is enough for 3 people, and the soup plenty for 2. Loaded with fresh seafood. Not a fancy place but has a very good vibe!! You will enjoy it!!

We had a reservation here and we're told best fish in town. Two of our people had three style shrimp plate 2 coconut, 2 breaded, 2 bacon cheese wrapped. It is served with rice and vegetables. 221pesos. I had sea bass, I didn't want it with any kind of sauce so waiter suggested garlic butter grilled. It was grilled in... More

The freshest seafood. Instead of the boring chips and salsa they start out with an amazing tuna dip and habanero salsa you can either use crackers or tostadas for the tuna. It was fresh and unbelievably delicious. Margaritas are the best in Cabo! Red snapper al ajo was perfectly coocooked as was the shrimp and marlin. The kitchen is open... More

The food and staff were great. The 8 of us tried several different menu items. Two of us had the shrimp trio which has 2 garlic breaded shrimp, 2 coconut crusted shrimp and 2 bacon wrapped cheese filled shrimp. I ate them in that order and they kept getting better. The mango sauce that came with the shrimp was also... More

We decided to try this restaurant based on other good TA reviews and were not disappointed! It's off the beaten track a bit and it's quite casual inside with plastic chairs etc., but it's festive and fun too! Plus, once you get down to the menu it's REALLY good. They have a very wide variety of great fresh dishes. There... More

Love this place, and wish my wife did which is why it doesn't get excellent. We are on a mariscos/taco mission so didn't try any of the dishes, but I really liked this place.

We took a rickshaw here. We decide to ask him to take us to the best seafood place he knew of, did not disappoint! Much lower in coast than the other places we stopped into. The coconut shrimp is amazing!!

The waiters are friendly and helpful. The seafood is extremely fresh and well prepared. We have eaten here about ten times and every time has been a wonderful experience. Love the scallops, tuna and camarones(jumbo shrimp). A little hard to find the first time and not the fanciest place in town, but the food and service is the best.

I ate like it was Thanksgiving here. The Imperial shrimp are INSANE. I did not realize you get 5 per order. They are HUGE shrimp with melty cheese wrapped in so much bacon I cannot believe. I felt indulgent eating them. I tried for the first time a "Chocolate" Clam (that is the clam name, no chocolate involved). They were... More
