Welcome to 12 TribesCarlos Bonilla Souberbielle, our Executive Chef, would like to welcome you.The creative process applied to our menu will take you through a smorgasbord of flavors, textures and aromas that represent twelve different regions of Mexico; hence, our name. By understanding the local culinary culture of these regions, their ingredients and techniques, our chef creates a different perspective into what we call “Contemporary Mexican Cuisine”. By applying this understanding to his idea of Bohemian Cuisine – an unpretentious composition of different taste profiles – you’ll find a variety of different flavors perfectly balanced in each dish as you move from course to course. Simple appetizers will introduce you to the complexity of our main dishes, where ubiquitous hints of Mexico offer a new perspective on Mexican cooking. Of course, for a perfect ending, our decadent desserts are the perfect way to complement and truly enjoy your 12 Tribes experience.Thank you for joining us on this journey and….Buen provecho!

The food is good, the service is very good and the atmosphere is great. It is an open air restaurant that looks out to the bay. There was a Latin jazz band playing during our dinner which coupled with the fire pit created a nice ambiance. The restaurant is expensive by Cabo standards, but on par with the US. You... More

The food was sooo good, makes me hungry just thinking about it! Located at the Casa Dorada hotel. We ate here several times while on vacation. Had a seafood special one night -- the best clams I've ever had. Had grilled sea bass another night -- yum. Service was wonderful, attentive, but not overbearing. Food prices were very reasonable for what... More

Took our group of 11 people to the 12 Tribes because we wanted a place on the beach that wasn't outrageously expensive (and had room for us). We had a wonderful time! The service was impeccable (I don't think I've ever seen a somolier open a bottle of wine that precisely before :) ), and the food was beautifully presented.... More

Open air restaurant overlooking Medano Beach. Food and service are top notch and the view can't be beat.

My boyfriend and I decided to go here the last night of our trip. We both think the Casa Dorada (where the 12 Tribes is located) is the best hotel in Cabo. The staff is all so nice and the food was great as well. If you have room for dessert be sure to try the flan, it was amazing.

We save the last night for 12 Tribes! It's wonderful to have a great restaurant at your resort. No rushing and relaxing. Of course one our favorite employees Gustavo waited on us, who become part of your Cabo family!

The view is great as are the staff. The food is good, but a bit pricey. Overall, worth doing once or twice.

we came on a Friday evening and it was Mexican food night. It was amazing!! They had a grill were they would cook up sea bass, shrimp, carne tacos, chicken, or any number of incredible foods. All the guacamole, fajitas, beans, rice and ceviche you could possibly eat. The service was wonderful, the restaurant is right on the water with... More
