Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We are glad you thought the Molcajete was great, they are different everywhere you try them. The Molcajete is not named for what is served inside the bowl, but the bowl itself. The Molcajete is a traditional Mexican version of the mortar & pestle, it can be heated to high temperatures... This place is a tourist trap. Our bill here was as high or higher than the resorts minus the live music and water view. This place is in town on two dirty loud streets (rendering their terraces useless). They are a sports bar with two types of beer really? They advertised live acoustic guitarist every tue/thu we specifically went on... More

Had tortilla soup which I normally love - this was beautifully presented but taste was blah. Friend had coconut shrimp - expensive and small portion. Service a little slow. The manager was very visible and trying hard to make sure everything was ok.

My husband and I went to Desperados for dinner and to watch a little Monday Night Football on November 10 and sat at one of the bar tables. We wanted to try their tortilla soup, which was very good, however, the temperature of the soup could have been warmer. We are both beer drinkers, they told us they only serve... More

Youngstown, Ohio, We think our BBQ Pork Ribs really do fall off the bone and we are glad you agree! They come with Desperados home made BBQ sauce and your choice of garlic mashed potatoes, baked potato, or fries. The shrimp at Desperados are served many different ways including Coconut, blackened, al ajillo, garlic and veracruzana. We hope you visit... More

We had the guacamole made at our table and I could've eaten it forever! So fresh and delicious. Great service, fun drinks, live music, family friendly, and tasty food!

Great food, We had enough of our terrible resort food and this place hit the spot. They had live music too, acoustic. It was the perfect meal and music to the end of our long hot day shopping the streets of Cabo. Oh the tacos were amazing btw

I've been going to Cabo twice a year the last few years and Desperados has become my favorite first stop for dinner in Cabo. My wife and I discovered it when we first started coming to Cabo. Their food is always very good if not excellent. The favorites are the nachos (giant size), tableside guacamole, fish taco plate, shrimp plate,... More

Went here on a tip. Glad we did. My wife and I really enjoy fajitas and Desperados has 'em in spades. Portions were huge and the margaritas were top notch to boot. This place has been added to our must-hit-list every time we come to Cabo.

Went here with my husband and son. Greeted by Christina the floor manager.. from CA. She is available to help with any translation issues and is an excellent ambassador for this restaurant. Be sure to ask your hotel concierge for any discounts; our "owners" gold card got us 15% off. I had the shrimp fajitas and it was excellent; too... More
