By far one of the best restaurants I have ever been to...you hardy notice it from the street, but be prepared for a marvelous surprise! So relaxing, friendly, and beautiful. Extensive menu, and food excellently prepared. The absolute highlight of our trips to Cabo, we look forward to it for months before every trip!

We went to La Golondrina for my friends birthday dinner while in Cabo. The atmosphere is so quaint, like you are eating in a park. The food was delicious. We will absolutely go back.

My wife and I love to celebrate our anniversary here. The menu is extensive and they do a fantastic job with all of it. We love their lobster and carne asada. You can't beat the patio dining because it is ALL patio dining. Beware of the early times as you can be pestered by some bugs, but the later it... More

We started going to this restaurant years ago. It was pricy, but it was worth it. There were candles everywhere and it had a magical feel. The staff is attentive still and the food is pretty good. The place is pretty deserted these days and the ambiance is gone. It doesn't feel special for what you end up paying. We... More

I have been coming to La Golondrina for years and years. The setting is beautiful, nestled under pepper trees lit with luminarios. The mariachi band is always playing, and the food is terrific. Yes, we generally order the same thing; lobster and lots of it! But, if it's not broke, why fix it? We truly love the food and atmosphere,... More

We have been coming to Cabo San Lucas for many years and always come to Golondrina at least once each time we are here. Never again. As many reviewers have pointed out, the prices have been sky rocketing and the quality has been deteriorating. My son-in-law wanted to eat here over my minor objection. This time though I think I... Although we stay in an all-inclusive hotel, always go to La Glonondrina since we LOVE this place! The food and service is wonderful! The atmosphere is very pretty since you sit in a patio type atmosphere, under trees that are lit up. The lobster is wonderful! If there are 2 of you, always get a "Share Plate" for one person... The food was quite good although we never understood we were getting both a soup and tostada. red snapper overcooked. lobster ok but service ridiculous. Offered popsicles for dessert after spending hundreds of dollars while dishes from main course are still on the table and not been removed yet. never offered any other dessert or coffee. given bill. told had... There was a lot of hype around this restaurant. The people were nice, but the tab for 2 entrees and 4 mixed drinks was $160 - ish US !!!! The drink tab alone was $12 per drink. This is Manhattan NYC prices!!! The ambiance was good. But there are dozens of restaurants much much better in every way. Avoid this... More
