Cute café with lots of charm. The waiters were exceptional and attentive to our every need. The food was great and the lunch menu looked definitely like a return visit will be in order.

Wonderful breakfast at Muro, and I'm sure other meals would be equally good, too. Traditional menu along with an inventive selection of Mexican themed classics. Food was freshly prepared and excellent. Wait staff was attentive and professional. Highly recommend!

ate breakfast here recently and frankly, don't get why it's so popular. I had a fruit salad that was so inundated w/ seeds and grains that I had to hire a crew to get me down to the fruit. My wife's egg dish was adequate but average and my brother's sandwich was just OK. Coffee was weak and service was... More

I stumbled into this cave-like eatery because it was on my path when I was hungry for a late lunch. The food and service were unremarkable. I guess the place doubles as an art gallery.

A delicious chile poblano relleno, sopa de flor de calabasas, sweet agua de sandia and chocolate cake and coffee refills! The day's specials at Muro are filling and tasty. And Muro has some of the best service in SMA. As a single woman I've been treated with courteous consideration each time that I've eaten there. It is tucked away on... More

Went here for lunch and had a very good experience. We both had the Menu del Día, which included an Agua fresca, soup, entree, dessert and coffee. Service was warm and well-paced. Definitely will return.

Tried it out as it was rated #1, was not impressed. Took a long time for them to take our order, then even longer to get our food (even though we ordered guacamole to start - this could've stalled our hunger for a little while while they were cooking up the other stuff...) Waiter even apologized later for this, so... More

This is a wonderful, small restaurant on Calle Loreto, only steps from Insurgentes. The food is wonderful, and I've never been able to finish it all. But they are very helpful with a request for "para llevar" and quickly put your reserves in a take-away box. The food is excellent, and breakfast is always a treat. Lunch is special, and I... More

We come to Muro once a week and its always the BEST! Gerardo and Carlos are perfect gentleman, hosts, and owners. I love the tortillas stuffed with chicken and topped with a bean sauce, Spanish style sausage and avocado. My wife loves the Scrambled eggs with cactus and sausage. Both meals come with either fruit or chilaquiles and coffee and... More
