If you are traveling, studying or living in San Miguel de Allende, you ought to try having comida at El Correo. This small, well run establishment is only two blocks east of the main square on Correo street! They offer plenty of delicious Mexican dishes. There is something for everyone.

Everything on the menu is fantastic. Great place to stop in and get an order of guacamole and beer or margarita in between shopping!!

It's the attention to detail that hits you first. Everything is just so, and that includes the food. The bunch of flowers on the table, the paintings on the walls. An old world charming place. Very good service.

We went there several times during our 10-day stay in SMA. The staff began to treat us like regulars. The food was consistently excellent, served at the right temperature and of sufficient variety. The first time we were there was at noon on a Sunday; it was great to see all the local families eating at El Correo, which we... More

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, this place has yet to disappoint. Our meals have been consistently very tasty. I am always one that looks for value for the price and El Correo always delivers good portions as well. I found prices to be very reasonable, especially that close to Centro. If I had to have one beef, it would be that... More

If you want a wonderful club sandwich and fries, this is the place. The french fries are better than I've had at TGIF's!! The club is easily enough to split with a friend! There other menu items are also memorable.

We had our first meal in SMA here and it was excellent. Chile rellenos are outstanding. Service is prompt, food delivered quickly and prices are very fair. Great choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Had dinner at el correo a couple of nights ago and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The soups were truly amazing. The beer was nice and cold. The prices were very reasonable especially considering the restaurant's location so close to el jardin. We'll be back.
