Chef Ana Lilia Galindo serves up a globe-spanning menu in Chamonix's cozy, hearth-warmed dining room. The specialty here is the aptly named Swiss fillet— medallions of beef wrapped in ham and cheese. But frequent fliers will also be pleased by traditional Mexican dishes like beef-stuffed poblano chiles, spicy Sri Lankan curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, and an array of fresh pastas. In fine weather, the pretty outdoor terrace is a lovely place to linger.

Anniversary Celebration

We celebrated our anniversary there with another couple on Friday evening, Nov 5, and we all enjoyed it. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet, service good, and we all enjoyed what we ordered. My asparagus soup, stuffed shrimps wrapped in bacon & key lime pie were delicious.

We were told it was French cuisine and the name would suggest it was. However it seems to serve mostly pasta, apart from the escargots. We found the artichoke soup incredibly salty. In fact we were drinking water for ages afterwards! The salad was nice and fresh though. Wine list was ok, average prices and quality.

This is one of my go to places. Always romantic with a quaint patio seating area and a lovely indoor space that´s warm and lovely. The menus are original and fresh. Service is always good and it´s never to noisy. I really think the owner/chef puts her whole heart into it and it shows.

We have been to Chamonix several times. Both times very good food and service. Limited menu. Not really a Frenxh restaurant, though

Eclectic international fare all well presented and prepared. Had some of the most succulent escargot I have have ever had and the artichoke appetizer was superb.

Wonderful, creative French dishes in a darling courtyard dripping with bugambilia. Good wine selection. Attentive staff.

Wonderful place. The food is lovely, and I love the atmosphere. I had the salad with green apples, brie that is lightly fried and nuts, it is a wonderful combination. I also had a pasta dish with shrimp that was out of this world. I will definitely return again.

Another lovely San Miguel restaurant! A Beautiful setting, very charming. The service was great and the menu very diverse -- French, Asian, etc. I ended up having two appetizers, my friends had full entrees that they loved -- the filet was very popular with our crowd

We were here for lunch and we were the only ones there. The place is nice and clean, but food was not that great. We had the artichoke and it was terrible, too dry! The lemon pasta with shrimp and the cheese ravioli were less than average. The beef tenderloin was just good. The fried goat cheese and the bread... More
